| Objective: To discuss the correlation risk factors of acute kidney injury(AKI)after adult cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass, and provides the clinic basis for preventing CSA-AKI occur.Medhods: We retrospectively analyzed 518 adult patients who underwent cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass in the frist affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University during June 2013 to June 2016.According the AKIN norm to judge whether AKI occurred or not after cardiac surgery the patients were divided into two groups. We collected and observed the clinical data of the patients in both groups. The risk factors of AKI afteroperation were evaluated by Univariate analyses and multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results: Of the 518 patients,AKI developed in 129(24.90%)patients while non-AKI were 389 patients.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that male(P=0.031),advanced age(P<0.001),hypertension(P=0.046),preoperative serum creatinine(≥110 μmol/L)(P=0.028),long surgey time(P<0.001)and long cardiopulmonary bypass time(≥120min)(P<0.001)were the associate risk factors for CSA-AKI.The dwell time in the IUC after surgey of the patient of AKI group was longer then the other group(P<0.001).Conclusion: Male, advanced age, hypertension, preoperative serum creatinine(≥110 μmol/L),long surgey time and long cardiopulmonary bypass time(≥120 min)were the associate risk factors of CSA-AKI. |
