Objective: To explore the risk factors of in-hospital mortality in patients undergoing intra aortic balloon pump combined with off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB)in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical application of intra aortic balloon pump. Methods: Data of 58 patients who underwent off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCAB)combined with intra aortic balloon pump(IABP)from June 2013 to January 2017 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into the survival group and the death group according to whether the patients died during hospitalization, and clinical data of patients from the two groups were collected and compared, including gender, age, number of diseased vessels found by preoperative angiography, the presence of left main coronary artery disease, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia and stroke, the time of undergoing IABP,intraoperative emergency bypass, postoperative organ failure, blood dialysis treatment, peak values of biochemical indexes 1 weekafter operation, such as CK-MB,creatinine,pro-BNP,total bilirubin, troponin I and hospitalization time for multivariate regression analysis,to explore risk factors of in-hospital mortality of patients. Results: Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the IABP(OR=0.430,P<0.05)was a protective factor for in-hospital mortality.Left main coronary artery disease(OR=2.509,P<0.05)was an independent risk factor of in-hospital mortality. Conclusion: Preoperative IABP can reduce the risk of death in patients undergoing IABP combined with IABP,while left main artery disease increases in-hospital mortality.
