ObjectiveObjective to the expression of heat shock protein 70 and glucose regulated protein 78 in hepatocellular carcinoma.Relationship between heat shock protein 70 and glucose regulated protein 78 in hepatocellular carcinoma with gender,age and lymph node metastasisMethods1.87 patients' tissue with the hepatocellular carcinoma as the research object,Cancer tissue removed during surgery and paracancerous tissue removed during surgery as the example,And detecting the expression level of HSP70 and GRP78 by immunohistochemical staining technique from the cancer tissue and the paracancerous tissue,Analysising the difference levels of expression.2.The 87 patients' tissue with the hepatocellular carcinoma as the research object,Cancer tissue removed during surgery and paracancerous tissue removed during surgery as the example,And detecting the expression content of HSP70 and GRP78 by Western blot,Analysising the content by statistical methods,the expression levels of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)is associated with age,gender and tumor metastasis.3.The defferential expression of GRP78 and HSP70 in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissue were confirmed.Cancer tissue removed during surgery and paracancerous tissue removed during surgery were collected.Detectingthe content of the GRP78 and HSP70 by immunohistochemistry.Results1.The positive expression of HSP70 and GRP78 in HCC tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissue(x2=66.832-76.138,P<0.01);The expression levels of HSP70 and GRP78 in HCC tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissue(t=37.327-58.071,P<0.01).2.The positive expression of HSP70 in male was significantly higher than that in female(x2=5.585,P<0.05),The positive expression of HSP70 and GRP78 were significantly increased with the increase of TNM staging(x2=7.062~121.213,P(HSP70)<0.05,P(GRP78)<0.01).3.Glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)expression changed with the change of glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78).Conclusions1.Heat shock protein 70(HSP70)and glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)may be associated with the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.2.Elevated Heat shock protein 70(HSP70)can increase glucose regulated protein 78(GRP78)in the cancer patients' tissue,indicating that HSP70 and GRP78 may be related.
