| Object To explore the measurement of acetabulum bone defect in adult DDH and its clinical sifnificance.Methods From march 2014 to february 2017,in the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College,twenty-three cases of DDH(need total hip replacement surgery),including 8 males and 15 females;aged 41-71 years with a mean age of 57.3years,were enrolled into this study,Preoperative confirmation standard pelvic plain films crowe,3 case of crowe I,7 case of crowe II,13 case of crowe III,0 case of crowe IV,3D printing technology was performed before the operation to print hip model,and based on the model,we determined development of pre-operative planning,sumulated surgical procedure,Calculated the area of the acetabulum bone defect(its income area is defined as A group),recorded the selected size of the prosthesis,then the surgery operation was performed,Calculated the actual acetabulum bone defect area and the size of the prosthesis used(whose income is defined as the area of group B),The obtained data using SPSS13.0 software for statistical processing.Result No significant differences were found in group A and group B,which had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion No signiificant differences were found in ground A and group B through 3D printing technique.Preoperative model can accurately measure the acetabulum bone defect area,which can guide Surgical operation,bone grafting in surgery and reduce the operation time,decrease amount of bleeding and the surgical complications for adult DDH.In addtion,It is of great significance to develop custom individualized implants for patients with 3d printing technique. |
