Modified Weaver-dunn Method Versus Clavicular Hook Plate For Above Rockwood Grade Ⅲ Aromioclavicular Joint Dislocation:a Meta-analysis Of Efficacy

Objective: By sifting through controlled clinical trials or randomized controlled study,comparing analysis improved Weaver-Dunn treated with pure clavicular hook plate Rockwood above type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Method: According to the reference and the Cochrane Meta evaluation method,computer retrieval Pub Med,EMBASE and ISI Web of Science,China journal(including CNKI,CBM and WAN FANG DATA),find the Rockwood above type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with improved Weaver-Dunn method curative effect treated with pure clavicular hook plate is of high quality research.Through relevant literature,and the quality of statistical evaluation,extracting contrast the postoperative curative effect of two kinds of operation data,applied statistics software Rev Man5.0 for meta-analysis.Results: Through statistics found that screening 7iterature researchs,a total of 382 cases of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of patients,of which 198 cases were Modified Weaver-Dunn group,184 cases of clavicle hook plate group,these data imported in Rev Man software,finally compared two groups of Meta analysis results show that: compared with pure clavicular hook plate treatment of above Rockwood IIIacromioclavicular j oint dislocation patients,the Modified Weaver-Dunn method treatment improved Constant-Murley score after treatment showed statistically significantthe [MD=7.24,95%CI 5.70~8.77,P<0.00001],excellent and good rate was statistically difference after Modified treatment [OR=5.29,95%CI 2.20~12.70,P=0.0002<0.05],Shoulder peak in the aftermath of the treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome complication probability difference have statistical significance[OR=0.13,95%CI 0.03~0.60,P=0.009<0.05],no significant difference in re-dislocation or re-subluxation between the two groups.[OR=0.80,95%CI 0.32 ~ 3.01,P=0.64],in addition persistent pain showed statistically difference after treatment [OR=0.49,95%CI 0.09~2.78,P=O.42>0.05]Conclusion: There was no statistically significant difference in the continuous painnd and re-dislocation 。However Modified Weaver-Dunn method group is superior to hook plate in Constant-Murley score and excellent and good rate.In addition,pure hook plate set of complications after surgical treatment of subacromial impingement syndrome appear will shoulder peak on the prognosis of patients and quality of life has a great impact。...
