Spontaneous coronary artery dissection(SCAD)is considered to be an important cause of myocardial infarction, especially in young women. In recent years, due to an increased use of coronary angiography and coronary angiography imaging, especially optical coherence tomography(OCT),intravascular ultrasound(IVUS),there has been a surge in the diagnosis of SCAD.SCAD current treatment is still unclear, including drug conservative treatment,PCI,CABG treatment.there are 3 cases in success of medical management for spontaneous coronary artery dissection, medical management approach may be the most appropriate strategy in patients to SCAD.except for patients with unstable symptoms, hemodynamic instability,or left main dissection.Acute survival is good.
