Objective :By studying the relationship between the ratio of neutrophil to lymphocyte(NLR)and Gensini score in patients with stable coronary heart disease(SCHD),objective to investigate the correlation between NLR and the degree of coronary stenosis in patients with SCHD,so as to provide reference for clinical work. Methods:Patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, from May 2015 to August 2016,who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)in patients with non-coronary heart disease and SCHD.A total of 815 subjects were collected;according to the ratio of neutrophil count and lymphocyte count(NLR)level using the four percentile method were divided into four groups,205 cases in group 1(NLR ≤ 1.83),203 cases in lgroup 2(NLR :1.84-2.28),205 cases in group3(NLR :2.29-2.97)and 202 cases in group4(NLR ≥2.98),compared the basic data of patients with NLR correlation. The degree of coronary artery stenosis was evaluated by Gensini integral.Multiple linear regression analysis of the correlation between NLR and Gensini score in patients with SCHD.Results:1、A total of 815 patients were entered into the study, including 493(60.49%)patients with stable coronary heart disease,non-coronary heart disease 322(39.51%),492 male patients(60.37%),female 323 cases(39.63%),mean age(62.44±10.12 years, range 33-87 years);294 cases were smoking patients(36.07%);168 patients with diabetes mellitus(20.61%);504 cases of patients with hypertension(61.84%);body mass index(BMI)(24.23±3.05).2、with the increase of NLR level, the age of the patients, the proportion of male, the proportion of patients with hypertension and diabetes increased gradually, there was significant difference between the group 1 and the group 4(P<0.05).3、There were significant differences between the group 1 and the group 4 withthe white blood cell count(5.89±1.24 vs 6.90±1.50)×109/L and uric acid(352.33±89.91 vs 390.84±115.08),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).With the elevation of NLR,the higher the gengsini score, there were significant differences between the four groups(P<0.05);compared four groups of platelet, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine, left ventricular ejection fraction, the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).4、Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the level of NLR and SCHD:Compared to the lowest quartile, quartiles 2,3 and 4 had a prevalence OR of[2.65,95%CI(1.73-4.07),P<0.001];[4.22,95%CI(2.70-6.57),P<0.001]and[16.01,95%CI(9.06-28.31),P<0.001]。NLR as a continuous variable, multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that NLR is the correlation with SCHD,[OR=3.88,95%CI(2.64-4.35,P<0.001]);after adjusting for sex, age, history of diabetes, and the risk of NLR is aslo contribute to the SCHD[OR= 3.88,95%CI(3.03-4.97),P<0.001].5、Multiple linear regression analysis showed that SCHD was positively correlated with Gensini score in patients with NLR.Conclusion:1.SCHD was associated with gender, age, diabetes history and NLR.2.NLR was positively correlated with Gensini score in patients with SCHD.
