The Clinical Analysis Of Coronary Atherosclerosis With Renal Damage And The Research Of TCM Syndrome Types

Objective To observe coronary atherosclerosis with renal damage and age,sex.smoking history,history of hypertension,diabetes and related physical and chemical indicators:low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c).high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c),triglycerides,total cholesterol,hypersensitivity protein,homocysteine,the correlation between blood coagulation state,and the patients with TCM syndrome type classification.analysis of coronary atherosclerosis with renal damage with the relationship between classification,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for the early diagnosis of renal disease of atherosclerosis provide clues.Methods To collect between January 2011 and December 2013 in zhejiang province during the hospital admission line during coronary CT examination is diagnosed coronary atherosclerosis sex heart disease patients basic information:age.gender.hypertension,smoking,diabetes,coronary artery lesion severity,ischemic encephalopathy.And record when the time was in the hospital of the physical and chemical indexes triglyceride,total cholesterol,hypersensitivity protein,blood coagulation,homocysteine,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c).The above data are converted to count inductive grouping.These groups of data as independent variables,whether to merge kidney damage as the dependent variable,the single factor analysis of X squared inspection.Univariate Logistic regression analysis to renal damage as the dependent variable,more indicators as independent variables.And then to the analysis result was statistically significant variables as independent variables,with renal damage has an dependent variable,multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Analysis of all indicators are high risk factors for merger of renal damage.Whether merger renal damage as the independent variables.or pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine as the dependent variable,multiple sample rate X squared,inspection,analysis of different syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine or TCM pathogenesis between incidence of renal damage are the same.Results collected conform to the standards of clinical data of 1161 cases,670 cases(57.71%)of men.women.491 cases(42.29%).Hypertension 754 cases(64.94%).251 cases with diabetes mellitus(21.62%).coronary artery disease:single lesions in 435 cases(37.47%),double branch lesions in 370 cases(31.87%).three lesions in 259 cases(22.31%).left main plus three lesions in 20 cases(1.72%).To analyze the reality of virtual pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine get 15 species.History of age.history of hypertension,diabetes mellitus and coronary artery lesion count line item ordered X squared inspection,age,history of diabetes and coronary artery lesion count growth has nothing to do with renal damage(P:>0.05).History of high blood pressure increase ratio is related with renal damage(P<0.05).Age above 80,coronary lesions,diabetes history>20 years related to renal damage(P<0.05).Univariate Logistic analysis results of coronary atherosclerosis with renal damage risk factors:older than 80 years old,smoking,high blood pressure.Hey,LDH and coronary lesions.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age greater than 80,smoking,high blood pressure,coronary three lesions,LDH-H were independent factors.Data take multiple sample rate X squared inspection of traditional Chinese medicine,the result shown in TCM syndrome type has nothing to do with the proportion of dialectical classification with renal impairment(P>0.05).Conclusion 1 coronary heart disease in the crowd merged renal damage ratio is higher,low diagnostic rate.2.Coronary atherosclerosis with renal damage of risk factors for older than 80 years old,smoking,high blood pressure.Hcy-H,LDH-H and coronary lesions,except Hcy-H were independent factors.3.The incidence of coronary atherosclerosis with renal damage grow along with the history of high blood pressure are related,history has no similar relation with age,and diabetes.4.The different between the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine and the incidence of renal damage no difference.
