The Study On The Syndrome Treatment Regular Rule Research On Gout In TCM Journal Articles In Recent Thirty Years

Objective: To systematically comb the gout’s thread of thought in it’s development and evolution,and to excavate the syndrome treatment regular rule of common TCM syndromes and common used medicine for expand a new approach in clinic treatment for gout.Methods: In this paper,using the Chinese medicine literature methodology,focus on the source and course of gout,symptoms and signs,and etiology and disease mechanism.Establishing a database with prescription of gout treatments in TCM journal articles in recent thirty years(from 1985 to 2015).After that,using the data mining and statistical methods as frequency statistics,cluster analysis and association analysis,discussing the clinical treatment of gout prescription and medication rules.Results: There are seven kinds of commonly used medicine,heat-clearing Materia Medica,inducing diuresis and draining dampness Chinese Materia Medica,blood-activating and stasis-resolving Chinese Materia Medica,tonics,Removing wind-damp Materia Medica,damp-resolving Materia Medica,and superficies-releasing Meteria Medica.Heat-clearing drug is a top priority of drugs,it also main includes clear heat and resolve toxins,clear heat and dry dampness,and clear heat and cool the blood.The study shows that the gout treatment starts from clearing and resolving heat flourishing toxins,accompanied by dry dampness,and cool the blood.But meanwhile the pharmaceutical analysis also deserves the attention.The efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine is the compatibility of medicines rather than the effect of one kind of traditional Chinese medicine.Modification according to symptoms as flexible as possible,do not limited to the heat-clearing method when treating the gout.Syndrome types of gout are mixed and disorderly.Through collecting and analyzing the information of gout syndrome,symptom and sings,the main syndrome is dampness,heat,blood-stasis,phlegm and deficiency.The gout syndrome is consistent with the pharmaceutical analysis.Conclusion: Through the collection and induction of the recent thirty years’ s Journal articles for gout treatment,sort out the origin of gout’s disease name,and emphasize the deficiency-excess pattern identification.Intend to divide gout into eight patterns,wind-cold-damp invading the collaterals,damp-heat obstruction,blood stasis obstruction the collaterals,phlegm-heat obstructing the collaterals,binding of blood stasis and heat,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin,deficiency of spleen-yang and kidney-yang,yin deficiency and blood heat.The therapeutic methods are predominance of dredging and discharging the excessive pathogen,and supplementing and boosting the depletion.At the same time,pay attention to the recuperation and nursing of zang-fu organs.
