To Explore The Effect Of Compression Fracture Denis Classification On The Recovery Of Vertebral Body Height And The Improvement Of Local Kyphosis Cobb Angle

Objective: To explore the effect of compression fracture Denis classification on the recovery of vertebral body height and the improvement of local kyphosis Cobb angleMethod:In April 2015 ~ 2016 were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital between January spinal orthopedic ward after PVP and PKP holds,Vesselplasty surgical treatment and follow-up of 174 cases of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fracture,the sifting,124 cases and grouped for Nakai lumbago surgical curative effect of this case data classification,restore vertebral body height and improve local convex cobb Angle after curative effect evaluation.Result:Comparing PVP and PKP holds and grade of postoperative Nakai lumbago Vesselplasty curative effect,the three no statistical difference(p > 0.05);Denis thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures classification of PVP and PKP holds group and Vesselplasty group in restore vertebral body height,improve the thoracolumbar locally convex Cobb Angle,after correcting the curative effect of thoracic lumbar protrusion deformity after local influence,the difference is statistically significant(p > 0.05).PKP holds with Vesselplasty group in the recovery of patients with vertebral body height,the improvement of thoracolumbar locally convex Cobb Angle,after correction of thoracolumbar partial protrusion deformity after there was a significant difference compared with PVP group,and the contrast between the two groups have no obvious difference(p < 0.05);Denis compression fracture classification of type A group after treatment for vertebral plasty restore vertebral body height,improve local convex Cobb after thoracolumbar effect is poor,compared with the other groups was statistically difference(P > 0.05),type B,type D group in restore vertebral body height,thoracolumbar local convex Cobb improvement effect is better.Conclusion:1.Vertebral plasty(PVP and PKP holds,Vesselplasty)in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral osteoporotic compression fractures ease thoracic lumbar back pain clinical curative effect is distinct,PKP holds,Vesselplasty in recovery of vertebral body height,thoracolumbar locally convex Cobb Angle after improvement,correction of thoracolumbar partial protrusion deformity after aspect is PVP operation effect is good.2.Denis classification type B,type D compression fractures in vertebral body height recovery than type A,type C effect is good,C,type A is the worst.Denis classification type D 3.Compression fractures in the aspect of improving local convex Cobb Angle after thoracolumbar best,type B is A bit times,type C,type A is the worst.4.Denis classification to guide to select different compression fracture vertebral plasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures after vertebral height restoration,thoracolumbar local convex Cobb Angle to improve,correct protrusion deformity after thoracolumbar local aspects of certain clinical significance.
