Observation On The Curative Effect Of Clearing The Damp-heat And Reconciliation Shaoyang Method In The Clinical Treatment Of Migraine

Objection:Application of reconciliation Shao Yang,clear the damp heat method to Xiaochu Hu Tang decoction cream treatment of migraine is a combination of damp heat intrinsic juvenile disease patients,to observe the clinical efficacy to verify from the damp heat intrinsic blood stasis Shaoyang meridian to treat migraine The feasibility of the study of hot and humid evil stasis Shaoyang caused by the mechanism of migraine,Chinese medicine to explore the new ideas and methods of treatment of migraine.Methods:After screening,60 patients who met the standard were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized grouping,30 cases in each group.After the group,the treatment group to Xiaochaihu soup clear empty cream,water decoction day one;the control group before going to bed oral Xi Biling capsule(flunarizine hydrochloride),once a day,each 10 mg.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes in clinical efficacy and scoring table were evaluated.Results: In the final treatment group and the control group,30 patients were enrolled.The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the treatment group.The overall symptoms,concomitant symptoms,TCM syndrome symptoms,quality of life of the treatment were better than the control group.There were no significant adverse reactions in the treatment group.Conclutions:In order to reduce the incidence of headache,reduce the degree of pain,improve the headache with the symptoms of the disease,the use of Xiaochaihu Decoction Decoction treatment of hot and humid intrinsic and see Shaoyang disease migraine has a good clinical efficacy,Improve the overall quality of life of patients.
