Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction On The Treatment Of Hepatic Hepatic Fever

Objective:In view of the characteristics of the anterior uveitis,based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the physiological characteristics of the body Yin and Yang in the liver,we established the treatment method of clearing away the liver and gallbladder and the slow and mild liver.Through the observation of the Courage lively type in patients with visual acuity,anterior uveitis associated ocular and systemic symptoms and signs of change before and after treatment,to evaluate the clinical significance of TCM treatment of anterior uveitis,to provide a new treatment method.Method: 40 cases of patients with anterior uveitis will meet the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 25 eyes in 20 cases,oral Shaoyaogancao decoction combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction;the control group of 20 cases 30 eyes,orally Longdan Xiegan decoction.According to the situation of two groups of topical corticosteroids,non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and drugs for the treatment of mydriatic eye drops.The two groups before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,vision,eye signs were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result:The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the control group was 55%,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 76% in the treatment group,the total effective rate in the control group was 47.3%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The treatment group in the visual acuity,eye symptoms and other aspects of the comparison with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cojugated slow emolliate treatment of liver and gall bladder type anterior uveitis has obvious curative effect,can significantly improve the visual function of patients,improve the ocular and systemic symptoms,reduce relapse,has good clinical value.
