Study On Medication Regularity Of Professor Zhou Ciqing In Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To analyze the medication regularity and explore the characteristics of the experience of professor Zhou Ciqing for treating Coronary Heart Disease by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance support system.Methods:This study collected 207 cases of coronary heart disease treated by Professor Zhou Ciqing and input software.The research analyzed the experience of professor Zhou Ciqing for treating Coronary Heart Disease by using drug frequency of usage statistics,drug properties and efficacy of usage statistics,datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.Result:Analysis of 207 prescriptions,containing a total of 118 kinds of traditional Chinese Medicine,the most commonly used drugs are as follows:zizyphus jujube kernel,astragalus membranaceus,angelica sinensis,liquorice,ligusticum wallichii,the root of kudzu vine,codonopsis pilosula,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radices paeoniae alba,the fruit of Chinese magnoliavine,Poria cocos,Asarum sieboldi Mig,the rhizome of oriental water plantain,the rhizome of Chinese goldthread,pericarpium trichosanthis.Among the involved herbs,warm and flat are in majority of the property.Sweet,acrid and bitter are in majority of the taste.Spleen,lung,heart and liver are in majority of the medicinal herb’s meridian tropism.Qi-invigorating herbs and heat clearing herbs are in majority of the drug function.And 18 potential herb combinations and 9 groups of potential new prescriptions are excavated by the software.Conclusion:To treat the Coronary Heart Disease,professor Zhou Ciqing focuses on internal organs,puts emphasis on regulate qi,blood,yin and yang.Refining prescriptions and mild herbs,as well as the combination with modern pharmacological researches make traditional Chinese medicine inherit and innovatively develop.
