The Clinical Efficacy Of Rou Gan Zhi Sou Tang In The Treatment Of Liver Fire Attacking Lung Type Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Rou Gan Zhi Sou Tang in the treatment of Liver Fire Attacking Lung type Cough Variant Asthma and the correlation between the change of cough index and the other indexes related.Method:60 Liver Fire Attacking Lung type Cough Variant Asthma cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Rou Gan Zhi Sou Tang,while the control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium Tablets.The research lasted 1 treatment course(2 weeks).The clinical efficacy and the total score of TCM symptoms were evaluated significant.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91%,while the control group was 74%.The symptoms of both group were improved while the treatment group was better in reducing the total score of TCM symptoms and improving the frequency of cough and chest tightness.Conclusion:Chinese medicine Rou Gan Zhi Sou Tang was better than Montelukast Sodium Tablets in the treatment of Liver Fire Attacking Lung type Cough Variant Asthma,significantly improving the symptoms of cough patients and reducing airway hyperreactivity,while no obvious adverse reaction was observed.
