Objective : To observed the changed of visual acuity,subretinal fluid,external limiting membrane,IS/OS and choroid between anti-VEGF drugs before and after treatment of retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema,and summed up the short-term efficacy of anti-VEGF drug treatment.Method: Select 56 cases of secondary to retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema,Intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs,Detailed observation the though the micro-structural changes though the OCT,and fill the retinal vein occlusion patients anti-VEGF registration form according to the assigned table.Results: According to the clinical observation,In total of 56 cases of retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema patients,anti-VEGF drug treatment and 7 days later,the average visual acutrol from 0.8855 ± 0.52251 increased to 0.5648 ± 0.45647(P=0.000);the proportion of subretinal fluid reduce of 37% before and after treatment;The Completion of EML and IS/OS was reduced from 0.88 ± 0.788 and 0.86 ± 0.724 to 0.30 ± 0.537 and 0.21 ± 0.414(P=0.000;P=0.000),The thickness of the choroid was changed from 318.18± 47.423 um to 320.54 ± 45.551um(P=0.621).Conclusion: There is a significantly improve of prognosis vision after anti-VEGF drugs of retinal vein occlusion secondary to macular edema,and promote the absorption of subretinal fluid,Promote the structural improvement of EML and IS/OS,but the choroidal thickness of the changes had no significant effect.
