Effect Of Sanqi Tongshu Capsule Combined With Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets On Thrombelastograghy In Elderly Patients With Diabetic Foot (Grade 0)

Objective This study was to investigate the effect of Aspirin Capsule combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,aspirin enteric-coated tablets or Sanqi Tongshu capsule alone in the treatment of senile diabetic foot(grade 0)and its effect on thrombus elasticity Diabetic foot mechanism of action for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus to provide new ideas.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,91 patients with Diabetic Foot(Grade 0)were randomly divided into aspirin enteric-coated group(group A)(30 cases),Sanqi Tongshu capsule group(group B)(31 cases),Sanqi Tongshu Capsule Combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets group(group C)(30cases).All the three groups were treated on the basis of standard treatment(medical nutrition diet,exercise,blood glucose monitoring and diabetes education)and active control of blood pressure and blood lipid.After 6months of treatment,the clinical symptoms,signs and changes of thrombus elasticity were observed.The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and LSD multiple comparison,paired t test and X2 test respectively to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of different drugs.Result 1.General information: Three groups of patients in gender,age,duration of no significant difference(P> 0.05),comparable.2.The total effective rate of clinical TCM syndrome was 63.3% in group A,61.3% in group B and 86.7% in group C.There was significant difference between the three groups(P <0.05),and the curative effect of group C was better than that of group A and group B.3.Thrombelastograghy : The improvement of K value and Angle value in group C was better than that in group A and group B(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between group A and group B(P> 0.05).There were no significant differences in R value,MA value and platelet inhibition rate between the three groups(P> 0.05),there were significant differences in the indexes of thrombus elasticity before and after treatment in group C(P <0.01).4.Blood rheology: Group C was superior to group A and group B(P <0.05)in improving blood rheology.5.Lower extremity arterial Doppler: Group C was superior to group A and group B(P<0.01 or P <0.05)in improving arterial blood flow velocity and ankle brachial index(ABI),Three groups had no significant improvement in blood vessel diameter of lower extremities.6.Safety: During the clinical trial,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups.Conclusion Clinical observation of this study shows that Sanqi Tongshu capsule combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets prevents arteriosclerosis and thrombosis By inhibiting platelet aggregation,improve blood lipid metabolism and other mechanisms,thereby improving the elderly diabetic foot(Grade 0)patients Clinical symptoms and thrombus elastic map of the relevant indicators,and clinical observation did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions,confirmed the efficacy and safety of combination therapy for the Sanqi Tongshu capsule combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot Combination of Chinese and Western medicine to prevent diabetic foot provides a new way of thinking.
