Correlation Analysis Of Osteoporosis And Senile Dementia Based On Fan-Sui Relation

Object:Based on the theory of Fan-Sui Relation and to explore the clinical medication rules of TCM in the treatment of osteoporosis and senile dementia,which is beneficial to provide a positive reference for the treatment of Fan-Sui theory system.Methods:Tocollect the prescription of TCM in the treatment oftype osteoporosis and senile dementia,establishing database,using TCM Inheritance System Software(V2.5)excavated andcontrasted the regularity of prescriptions using in osteoporosis and senile dementia.Results: 157 treating osteoporosis prescriptions were extracted,There were total 188 kinds of medicine involved.158 treating senile dementia prescriptions were extracted,There were total 200 kinds of medicine involved.In the treatment of osteoporosis and senile dementia of top 27 in the high frequency of drugs,Shudihuang was used most ofen,95 times,followedbyyinyanghuo,huangqi,shanyao,gusuibu,duzhong,danggui,niuxi,fuling,shanzhuyu,buguzhi,gouqizi,danshen,baizhu,tusizi,etc.in the treatment of senile dementia of top 27 in the high frequency of drugs,shichangpuwasused most ofen,90 times,followed by fuling,chuanxiong,yuanzhi,shudihuang,huangqi,shanzhuyu,danggui,heshouwu,danshen,renshen,gou qizi,baizhu,banxia,gancao,etc.In the treatment of osteoporosis and senile dementia of the top 27 in the high frequency of drug,thereare 16 kinds drugs overlapd,which are shudihuang,yinyanghuo,huangqi,shanyao,danggui,fuling,shanzhuyu,gouqizi,danshen,baizhu,tusizi,baishao,dangshen,chuanxion g,gancao,roucongrong.On the drug class overlap,it mainly reflected in tonic drugs,activating blood anddissolving stasis drugs,dampnessdraining diuretic durgs,astringent drugs.tonic drugs was used most ofen in the treatment of osteoporosis and senile dementia,which were 915 times and 535 times.The second is activating blood and dissolving stasis drugs.The only dampness-draining diuretic durgs is fuling and the only astringent medicine is shanzhuyu In the treatment of osteoporosis and senile dementia.In the high frequency of drugs and drug groups analysis,they both focus on tonic drugs and tonic drugs,tonic drugs and dampness-draining diuretic durgs,tonic drugs and astringent drugs,tonic drugs and activating blood and dissolving stasis drugs.The four drug groups overlap totally in the treatment of osteoporosis.Tonicdrugsare Widely used in the treatment of osteoporosis.Shichangpu,the onlyResuscitation drug,which is Widely used in the treatment of senile dementia.Conclusion: The treatment of the two diseases are focused on tonic drugs,activating blood and dissolving stasis drugs,dampness-draining diuretic durgs,astringent drugs.In the high frequency of drugs and drug groups analysis,they both focus on tonic drugs and tonic drugs,tonic drugs and dampness-draining diuretic durgs,tonic drugs and astringent drugs,tonic drugs and activating blood and dissolving stasis drugs.Because of the different etiology and pathogenesis,they were fifferent in the treatment.tonic drugs are Widely used in the treatment of osteoporosis.Shichangpu,the onlyResuscitation drug,which is Widely used in the treatment of senile dementia.It suggests that the current clinical practice is simiar to Fan-Sui relation,whichprovides further supports inthe construction of Fan-Suitreatment system and provides new thinking from the perspective of Fan-Sui theory to reexamine the function of traditional Chinese medicine.
