Research On Treating Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy Patients With Moxibustion And Buanghuanwu Decoction

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of treatingidiopathic membranous nephropathypatients with moxibustion and buanghuanwu decoction,and explore the advantages and feasibility of combination of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external governance and combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Methods:64 qi deficiency and blood stasis type membranous nephropathy patients,who were through renal biopsy and has a definitive diagnosis,were randomly divided into a control group of 32 cases and an observation group of 32 cases.Patients in the control group were treated with buanghuanwu decoction and western medicine foundation treatment,such as reducing proteinuria,antihypertensive and anticoagulati;while patients in the observation group were treated with moxibustion on the basis of control treatment,2 months for a course.The paper was aimed at observing the change of clinical symptoms,signs and laboratory examination indexes,evaluating the signs and symptoms,and comparing the effectiveness.Results:The therapy of two groups can improve the signs and symptoms of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,and the efficiency of patients in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The TCM symptoms total remission rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the 24 hours urinary protein quantitative degree of decline of patients in the observation group was more markedly than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of serum albumin of two groups were increased,the difference of was not significant(P>0.05);The levels of TC and TG went down compared with before treatment,but the TC of experimental group went down significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Treatingidiopathic membranous nephropathypatients with moxibustion and buanghuanwu decoction can improve the qi deficiency and blood stasis type membranous nephropathy patients’ clinical symptoms,such as lack of power,face and limb edema,lumbago,urination and the disorders of defecate,and has the good effect of reducing proteinuria,increasing serum albumin and reducing blood fat,which showing the advantage of treating idiopathic membranous nephropathy with combination of traditional Chinese medicine internal and external governance and combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.
