Objective To understand the blood donors in Weifang population blood transmitted diseases(hepatitis B,hepatitis C,syphilis,HIV infection)infection and merge, and provide a theoretical basis for the selection of blood donors and strategies for recruitment of safe blood;and the two sets of inspection system(ELISA,NAT)of the results of statistical analysis discussion on the existing conditions, the detection scheme of laboratory specimens of blood donors. Methods Weifang city in January 2011 to December 2015 a total of 423412 volunteer blood donors(18~55 years old)were detected, the project has HBs Ag(HBV DNA)and anti-HCV(HCV RNA),HIV Ag/Ab(HIV RNA),anti-TP,infection test markers(each item two ELISA reagent with step test),According to the personal data of voluntary blood donors, the blood donors were divided into different groups according to different blood donation year, sex, age, occupation, education background and so on.The infection status of several diseases and the combined infection were analyzed.2015 ELISA non reactive samples for HBV DNA,HCV RNA,HIV RNA mixed detection. For the month of March 2015-9 HBs Ag,HCV,HIV,blood donors ELISA positive samples(80 cases,110 cases and 90 cases respectively),HBV DNA,HCV RNA,HIV RNA single duplicate test, and correlation analysis of two kinds of detection methods, laboratory blood test strategy study.Results(1)From 2011 to 2015,Weifang voluntary blood donors, hepatitis B,hepatitis C,AIDS,syphilis positive rate were 0.36%,0.31%,0.19%,0.55%.(2)In different years, different age groups and different occupation groups, different education groups,AIDS,syphilis, hepatitis B hepatitis C positive rate difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);different gender differences in the positive rate of hepatitis B and hepatitis C and HIV testing were statistically significant(P<0.05),but no statistical significance of the positive rate of syphilis(P>0.05).(3)Infection,HBV+HCV,HBV+HIV,HBV+TP,HCV+HIV,HCV+TP,HIV+TP and positive were 19 cases,11 cases,21 cases,5 cases,16 cases,37 cases,1 cases were positive with HBV+HIV+TP,with TP and other infectious index number(75/110),and TP combined with HIV infection(37/75);infection age, gender, education, occupation there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).(4)84577 donors HBs Ag,anti-HCV,HIV Ag/Ab negative specimens.HBV DNA positive in 16 cases,HCV RNA positive in 0 cases,HIV positive RNA in 3cases.HBs Ag,HIV Ag/Ab,anti-HCV ELISA test positive specimens,HBV DNA,HCV RNA,HIV RNA single copy test positive rate were 40%(32/80),20.9%(23/110),22.2%(20/90),and NAT reactive samples with ELISA two reagents were positive(73/75).Conclusion(1)The infection rate of HBV among voluntary blood donors in Weifang showed a downward trend in recent years. The infection rate of HCV,HIV and TP showed an increasing trend, and the infection rate was different among different sex, age, occupation and education.(2)Blood donors had a combined infection, mainly TP and HIV infection.(3)Initial screening can reduce the positive rate of infectious index, can increase the rapid screening of syphilis project.(4)Nucleic acid detection can shorten the "window period" of virus infection detection and complement each other with ELISA detection method.(5)An enzyme immunoassay method can be considered, and nucleic acid mixed sample detection mode.
