Correlation Study On Adult Myasthenia Gravis And HLA-DRB1 Gene

Objective: To investigate the correlation between the adult myasthenia gravis and HLAB*4601-DRB1*0901 gene,we detect the HLA typing of the patients and the healthy controls by Polymerase Chain Reaction-sequence based typing(PCR-SBT).What’s more,we could elucidate the pathogenesis of adolescent ocular myasthenia gravis patients and provide a new theoretical basis for their relationship with HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 * 0901 gene.Methods: 104 MG patients who were diagnosed by clinical features and the laboratory tests in northern China were enrolled in this study.There were 68 men and 36 women;According to the symptoms of the first episode,there were 39 cases of the eye muscle and 65 of the whole body.And 121 healthy subjects were enrolled in the control group.All blood sampling from vein.The distribution of HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 *0901 gene in patients and healthy subjects was detected by polymerase chain reactiondirect sequencing(PCR-SBT),Results: The adolescent eye muscle MG was compared to the normal control group HLA allele frequency,The HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 * 0901 gene.allele frequency is significantly higher than the normal control group,HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 * 0901 gene was significantly different between MG group and control group(P<0.05).HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 * 0901 genotype could increase susceptibility to MG.Conclusion: HLA-B * 4601-DRB1 * 0901 gene is associated with the susceptibility of adolescent ocular myasthenia gravis,and it may be a predisposing factor of MG.he study of the ethnic and regional morbidity of MG,Clinical classification and differential diagnosis,Both the treatment and the prognosis have important research and application guidance value.
