Analysis Of Quality Of Life And The Influencing Factors Of Patients With Stroke From The Population Of Hypertension Management In Community

Objectives:To investigate quality of life of patients with stroke from the population of hypertension management in community and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Seventy-two cases of patients with hypertension complicated with cerebral apoplexy treated in the community from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the study object.Daily life ability scale(Barther index),quality of life scale(WHOQOL-BREF)were used to assess quality of life in the follow-up,and single factor and multiple factors Logistic regression analysis were performed to analyze the factors influencing quality of life of patients,and to obtain the main factors influencing quality of life of patients.Results:(1)Quality of life scores of patients with Stroke from the population of hypertension management in community are(51.56±6.58)points.Through analyzing the factors that might influence their quality of life,it showed that the single factor was payment of medical expenses,disease type,attack frequency segment,complicated with diabetes,with hyperlipidemia,with coronary heart disease,eating habits,Barthel score,psychological treatment,family support,community rehabilitation and health satisfaction.(2)Through multiple factors Logistic regression analysis among the single factor,it found that payment method(OR=3.420),dietary habits(OR=3.894),psychotherapy(OR=3.724),health satisfaction(OR=17.148),combined with other diseases(OR=3.402),and Barthel score(OR=15.048)were the risk factors to influence quality of life,and community rehabilitation(OR=0.165)and family support(OR=0.139)were protection factors for quality of life of patients.Conclusion:Quality of life of patients with stroke from the population of hypertension management in community is in a low level.Medical expenses payment methods,dietary habits,psychological treatment,combined with diseases and so on are related in different degrees to quality of life of patients with cerebral apoplexy complicated with hypertension.Community rehabilitation and related intervention measures can improve quality of life of patients.
