High-resolution esophageal manometry(HRM)is a new type of man-made technique developed by Clouse RE and Staiano A based on conventional esophageal manometry in the 1990 s.It is considered to be the main diagnostic method for the diagnosis of dynamic disorders and the ?gold standard? for the diagnosis of esophageal motility disorders.In recent years,HRM has been widely used in clinic,and the demand for esophageal testing has been increasing.The traditional esophageal manometry system can not meet the needs of current industry.Multi-functional high-resolution esophageal manometry has become the focus of research in recent years.Multi-functional high-resolution esophageal manometry(MF-HRM)system is not just high-resolution esophageal manometry,but also includes other functional tests,including Bending Angle Measurement(BAM),Functional Lumen Imaging Probe(FLIP),Multimodal Stimulation Test(MST)and so on.It is not not just the conversion of data received to get three-dimensional image,but also according to the user's own needs,to control the related equipment.At the same time,it allows users to communicate with subjects,and the status of subjects is transmitted to the user in time.The function of MF-HRM system is more abundant.It can provide users with more friendly and intelligent interaction,and more real detection effect,so users can make better diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,based on the understanding of the function of MF-HRM system,combined with the knowledge of esophageal manometry,this paper designs and implements a multi-functional esophageal manometry system based on 24-channel high-resolution sensor.In order to balance the speed difference between system data acquisition and processing,human esophageal manometry data caching method based on P-C is proposed in the process of designing and implementing the system.The method is applied to the system to improve the efficiency of data processing and reduce the coupling between data acquisition module and data processing module.On this basis,in order to simplify the system custom module complex logic,this paper also proposes a ?pretreatment-assembly-execution-coordination? model for human esophageal manometry,which simulates the process of computer instruction execution.The model is applied to the actual development,to improve the program's expansibility,portability,maintainability.This paper also describes in detail the design and use of MF-HRM system,including three parts: the doctor side,the patient side and the lower computer detection part.The doctor side is the focus of this article,including four modules: BAM,HRM,FLIP and MST.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the system are demonstrated by several experiments.The main two parts are: system functional experiment and method model validation experiment.
