Objective: Analysis of neonatal peripheral blood neutrophil CD64 in the body of the relationship between the infected with all sorts of lymphocyte subsets, combined with clinical data to evaluate the immune condition of neonatal infection, for the early diagnosis and treatment of neonatal infections disease, improve prognosis provide powerful basis. Methods: Select 100 local infection neonates as local infection group,50 cases of newborn(health)as control group, select 100 septicemia of newbor as lsepticemia of newbor group, flow cytometry analysis technology to detect peripheral blood CD3 + T lymphocyte subsets,CD4+T lymphocyte subgroup,CD8+T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte subsets,NK lymphocyte subgroup,CD64+lymphocyte subgroup of frequency variation, and calculate the infection index;Resistance Kang Fa detection of white blood cell count, the scattering turbidimetry detection of c-reactive protein(CRP),chemiluminescence detection of calcitonin(PCT),immature neutrophils and total neutrophils ratio(artificial smear).Again after treatment with flow cytometry analysis technique to detect peripheral blood CD3 + T lymphocyte subsets,CD4 + T lymphocyte subgroup,CD8 + T lymphocyte subsets,B lymphocyte subsets,NK lymphocyte subgroup,CD64+lymphocyte subgroup of frequency change.data were collected for statistical analysis, all data using SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis, using mean + /-standard deviation(X + S)said, comparing the change of leukaemia patients before and after treatment, choose the t test, the ROC curve is choosing Pearson correlation analysis, compare the sensitivity, specificity, with P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results:Compared with normal control group, local infection group, neutrophil CD64 sepsis group increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Compared with normal control group increased neutrophil CD64 expression of local infection group, statistical significance difference(P < 0.05);compared with normalcontrol group, local infection group,CRP and PCT of sepsis group, the I/T ratio increased, the statistical significance difference(P < 0.05);and local infection group and normal control group no significant difference(P > 0.05);comparison between the three groups of the WBC,results showed that there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Draw the ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic)curves, neutrophil CD64 sensitivity, specific, negative predictive value, positive predictive value is significantly higher than CRP and PCT,I/T ratio.Compared with normal control group, local infection group, sepsis, groups of children with peripheral blood CD3,CD4 and NK cells were significantly reduced, statistical significance difference(P < 0.05);Compared with the normal control group, local infection group,CD8,heighten sepsis group, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05),higher sepsis group of CD19,statistical significance difference(P < 0.05).using Pearson correlation analysis,CD64 and negatively correlated with CD3,CD4,CD56 expression,CD8,CD64 expression has no correlation, there was a positive correlation with CD19 CD64 expression.Sepsis group infection of CD64 index obviously decreased along with the improvement of therapy, and treatment before the difference have significant statistical significance(P < 0.05),lymphocyte subgroup CD3CD4 increased significantly, and there are significant difference before treatment(P < 0.05),and CD8 expression differences before and after the treatment is not statistically significant(P > 0.05)Conclusion: By monitoring the lymphocyte subsets and the relativity analysis of neonatal infection in clinical progress, prompt the newborn with neonatal infections occur immune dysfunction is highly related.Joint determination of CD64 and lymphocyte subgroup can provide basis for early diagnosis of neonatal infection.
