Objective:To investigate the prevalence of neonatal hearing screening and the rate of congenital hearing loss in Jining City,Jining through investigating the status of neonatal hearing screening and the results of screening in 2015.1.1-2016.12.31 district hospitals.By comparing the different gestational age of preterm infants and normal newborn hearing screening results and the incidence of hearing loss rate, analysis of the hearing impairment, with hearing impairment for early neonatal symptomatic treatment,in order to reduce the influence of listening loss on growth and development of newborns. Methods:With the 2015.1.1-2016.12.31 all was born in the county hospital midwife delivered newborns in Jining city as the research object,Including the resident population and the floating population(2015 8 million 299 thousand and 200,2016 8 million 354 thousand and 400),analysis and calculation of newborn hearing screening in Jining city through rate and incidence of congenital hearing impairment.Neonatal screening of 822 newborns in Sishui County People’s Hospital of Jining,January from 1,2015,-2016,December 31,According to the gestational age divided into early preterm infants, moderate preterm infants, late preterm infants and term infants were divided into 4 groups. The use of transient evoked otoacoustic emission(TEOAE)were screened(3-5 days after birth)and screening(screening did not pass 30-42 days),Screening did not pass on the automatic brainstem auditory evoked potential(ABR)detection in March age for diagnosis of congenital hearing impairment,Comparison of hearing screening did not pass rate differences.Results:2015.1.1-2015.12.31 Jining neonatal screening pass rate of 94.23%,the screening rate was 89.20%,the incidence of hearing loss of 3.25 per thousand, moderate to severe hearing loss rate of 0.43 per thousand;2016.1.1-2016.12.31 the passing rate of newborn screening in Jining was 93.72%,the rate of re screening was 88.19%,the rate of hearing loss was 4.11 per thousand, and the incidence of moderate and severe hearing loss was 0.94 per thousand. Methods a total of 822 neonates who received hearing screening in the neonatal department of Sishui people’s Hospital of Jining in January 1,2015 December 31st-2016 were selected,According to the gestational age divided into the early gestational age < 32 weeks;the middle: 34 weeks, gestational age over 32 weeks;the late 37 weeks, gestational age over 34 weeks;the term is not less than 37 weeks,The total number of patients in each group was 54 cases,108 cases,220 cases,440 cases。Preliminary screening results: the four groups were 90.7%,82.4%,54.5%,49.3%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The results showed that the four groups were 47.6%,24.5%,12.8%,8.2%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);ABR examination results: the four groups did not pass rates were respectively 25%,8.9%,4.9%,2.9%,four groups did not pass rate decreased gradually, each group did not pass rate had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the 2015 and 2016 years, the comprehensive coverage rate of newborn hearing screening in Jining reached 96.02%,neonatal OAE screening, screening and ABR screening results did not pass rate increasing year by year,It may be related to the improvement of detection means and the higher number of births, diagnostic methods combined with otoacoustic emission and brainstem auditory evoked potentials increase the detection rate of joint detection means is the most appropriate method for newborn hearing screening.2.Occurrence of hearing impairment in neonates of different gestational age was different, the incidence of gestational age less damage to hearing more, diagnosis combined with transient otoacoustic emission and brainstem auditory evoked potential, can be diagnosed more timely,Postnatal early hearing screening, early intervention on early neonatal hearing impairment, prevention of late complications.
