| Objective:Based on the combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of renal hypertension,through the detection of patients with renal hypertension blood lipid,blood rheology,plasma endothelin(ET),angiotensin II(Ang II)and the observation of the patients' clinical manifestation,discuss the efficacy of the Qing Jiang He Ji combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets curing renal hypertension.Method:Select 60 renal hypertension patients as the research object,which were admitted in Wei Fang municipal hospital and Wei Fang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2015 to October 2016.The control group(30 patients)was treated with Western Medicine while the treatment group(30 patients)was treated with the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,all of which were diagnosed renal hypertension.The control group took Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets 10 mg each time in the morning and evening,and the treatment group was added with the Qing Jiang He Ji 30 ml each time in the morning and evening,with 28 days as 1 course.Observe the clinical indexes of the conventional project(blood,urine,stool routine test,ECG,renal function tests)and the effect of project indicators(blood lipids,blood rheology,plasma endothelin(ET),angiotensin II(Ang II).Result:The treatment group include 16 patients with remarkable effect,13 people with effective treatment,and 1 people with invalid treatment,the effective rate is 96.67%.In the control group,there were 12 patients with effective treatment,13 effective,5 invalid,the effective rate was 83.33%,and the treatment effect of the two groups had obvious difference(P < 0.05).The symptoms of headache,dizziness,dry mouth,dry stool,chest tightness and the control of hypertension have been significantly improved compared with before treatment,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05-0.01).Compared with the control group(P<0.05),the treatment of tongue coatingand pulse wave was superior to that of the control group.The indexes of blood lipid,blood rheology and endothelin were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of angiotensin II,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qing Jiang He Ji combined with Extended Release Nifedipine Tablets has a good effect on regulating blood pressure,improve renal function and reduce proteinuria,regulate blood lipids,improve blood rheology and alleviate myocardial ischemia.It is proved that Qing Jiang He Ji is an effective prescription for treatment of renal hypertension. |
