Objective To investigate the effects of polyunsaturatedω-3 fatty acids on lipoprotein associated phospholipase A(2)、LDL and lipoprotein(a)in patients with stable angina,We adopt the method of combination of retrospective and prospective studies, which provide clinical basis for the treatment of stable angina. Methods retrospective study we searched all the patients diagnosed as stable angina by the system of Lian Zhong from January 2014 to January 2015 in The affiliated hospital of Qingdao university,214 patients was included in the study. Then we excluded those patients who do not conform to the requirements.at last,we actually included 150 patients.we should know those patients’ general information、coronary risk factors(such as age, gender,Body mass index(BMI),high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, smoking history)、Current medications and fish oil usage by outpatient and telephone follow-up,Termination of follow-up time is June 30,2015.Then we can divided these patients into Fish-oil group and Common group according to the different situation about use of Fish oil.there are 36 cases in Fish-oil group and 114 cases in Common group.patients are called back to the hospital to detect Lp-PLA2、LDL and lipoprotein(a)by outpatient and telephone.Maybe we can determine the influence of ω-3PUFAS on the level of Lp-PLA2 and lipoprotein(a)in patients with stable angina.prospective study 80 patients, which were diagnosed as stable angina, were selected from vasculocardiology deparment of The affiliated hospital of Qingdao university. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,40 cases in each group. Two groups were given conventional treatment for coronary heart disease, such as aspirin, rosuvastatin, antihypertensive treatment and beta-blocker.on the basis of conventional treatment, experimental group taken polyunsaturatedω-3 fatty acids 1g,take orally,1 times a day(we choosed BY-HEALTHFish Oil to serve the ω-3PUFAS).people in control group taken the same dose of placebo(Soybean oil).both groups need treatment for 3 months.Fasting blood samples were collected before and after the intervention to test the level of Lp-PLA2 、 LDL and lipoprotein(a).According to the Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)assign points method to compare angina pectoris attack in 1 year after discharge.Evaluat theω-3PUFAS’ clinical curative effect on the patient with stable angina. Results retrospective study 105 patients diagnosis as stable angina and admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects.there are 36 cases in theFish-oil group and 114 cases in the Common group.there is no Statistical differences on age, gender,BMI,high blood pressure, diabetes, dyslipidemia, smoking history between two groups(P>0.05).The level of Lp-PLA2 was obviously decreased in Fish-oil group contrast to Common group, differences were statistical significance(t=1.627,P<0.05);there is no significant differences in the level of lipoprotein(a)in both groups(t=0.153,P>0.05).prospective study There were no significant differences in basic information and serum indicators among groups at the baseline(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of Lp-PLA2 decreased significantly in both the experimental group(t=3.825,P<0.05)and the control group(t=2.115,P<0.05),the difference in two groups have statistical significance. The change of Lp-PLA2 in experimental group is much higher than in the control group(t=2.813,P<0.05).The change of LDL in experimental group is much higher than in the control group(t=2.813,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the level of Lipoprotein(a)in two group during the study. In the Comparison of Seattle angina questionnaire evaluation of integrals, experimental group’score is higher than control group in aspects of limited in physical activity levels、angina steady state conditions 、angina pectoris attacks. In the awareness about disease,:the score in two groups has no statistical significance, but there is a rising trend. As for the safty, two groups have no obvious adverse reaction, blood analysis, liver and kidney function 、routine urine and stool routine had no obvious abnormalities in The whole experiment process. Conclusion Omerga-3 fatty acids can reduce the level of Lp-PLA2、LDL in patients with stable angina.there is no effect on the level of lipoprotein(a).
