Objective Investigate gravel stone of preoperative energy spectrum CT measured in vivo components relations with gravel difficulty level.MethodsExtracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of urinary calculi patients with energy spectrum CT effective atomic number in the body of the analysis of the stones, and compare each group stonel difficulty level difference. Results Different components of stone was statistical significance(Kruskal-Wallis H test P<0.05).Compared between two groups: the gravel difficulty level of calcium oxalate monohydrate stones and struvite stones;calcium oxalate monohydrate stones and calcium phosphate stones;calcium oxalate monohydrate stones and cystine stones;calcium oxalate monohydrate stones and uric acid stones.calcium oxalate dihydrate stones and struvite stones;calcium oxalate dihydrate stones and cystine stones;calcium oxalate dihydrate stones and uric acid stones.struvite stones and calcium phosphate stones;struvite stones and cystine stones.calcium phosphate stones and cystine stones;calcium phosphate stones and uric acid stones.cystine stones and uric acid stones, the gravel difficulty level of rest groups had statistical differences(P<0.05);calcium oxalate monohydrate stones and calcium oxalate dihydrate stones;calcium oxalate dihydrate stones and calcium phosphate stones;struvite stones and uric acid stones were not statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions Energy spectrum measured by CT through effective atomic number in the body of different composition calculus between different degree of gravel, cystine stone most difficult, followed by calcium oxalate monohydrate stones are difficult to be broken, struvite stones least difficult.
