Object To explore the related risk factors for patients with malignant tumor and venous thromboembolism. Methods To collect the clinical data and blood samples of 79 patients in People’s Hospital of Xinjiang UygurAutonomousRegion from 2015 November to 2016 September, including 17 cases of patients diagnosed with malignant tumor and venous thromboembolism(combined group),31 cases of patients diagnosed with malignant tumor(tumor group),and 31 cases of patients diagnosed with venous thromboembolism(embolism group).Serum factors were detected in all the blood samples by ELISA.Results Older age, obesity, cancer progression, recent operation brake may be the risk factors of tumor combined with venous thromboembolism.Pulmonary malignant tumor with venous thromboembolism was more common in combined group,of which the major pathological type was adenocarcinoma, followed by the digestive system, blood system and urogenital system. The major clinical symptoms of patients with lung cancer and/or pulmonary embolism were difficulty breathing and chest tightness and chest pain, and the major physical sign was polypnea in combined group and control group.Compared with tumor group,ADAMTS – 13 and TT value were decreased,vWF,D – D and FIB value were increased significantly in combined group(P<0.001).There were not statistically significant differences between combined group and embolism group(P<0.05).8 patients improved,5 cases patients were ineffective, and 4 patients died after formal treatment in combined group.25 patients improved,4 cases patients were ineffective, and 2 patients died after formal treatment in embolism group.Invalid or death ratio of combined group was obviously higher than that of embolism group(P<0.05).Conclusion Older age, obesity, cancer progression, recent operation brake may be the risk factors of tumor combined with venous thromboembolism.Pulmonary cancer with venous thromboembolism was more common.Difficulty breathing, chest tightness, chest pain and shortness of breath can implied the occurrence of pulmonary embolism.ADAMTS-13,v WF,D-D,FIB may be used to predict VTE independently.Malignant tumor with venous thrombosis disease was related with poor prognosis.VTE in high-risk groups should be dealt with early intervention.
