Objective Investigate the effect of myocardial bridge on the incidence and characteristics of coronary atherosclerosis in the anterior segment of the bridge. Methods Retrospective analysis of 465 cases of coronary angiography, image quality and diagnosis requires the diagnosis of myocardial bridge mural coronary artery imaging data, another randomly selected 1806 cases of the same period were not detected by coronary an giography imaging data of mural coronary artery in patients with myocardial bridge as control group, compared two groups of patients with bridge some differences in the incidence of atherosclerosis.Clinical data(age, sex, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking)were not statistically significant between the two groups.According to the measured value of CT plaque(HU)classification of plaque calcified plaques(CT = 196 ~ 817HU),non calcified plaque(CT value of about 12 ~ 47HU),mixed plaque(two components were)group,to Comparison of the left anterior descending coronary artery myocardial bridge bridge in vascular atherosclerotic plaques CT value differences, size, degree of stenosis. Results 465 patients with myocardial bridge, found atherosclerosis in 299 cases(64.30%,299/465),while the control group was found in atherosclerosis in 569 cases(31.50%,569/1806),the front bridge rate of atherosclerosis is much higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Found and diagnosed with myocardial bridge atherosclerosis in patients with calcified plaque in 93 cases(31.10%,93/299),non calcified plaque in 95 cases(31.77%,95/299),mixed plaque in 111 cases(37.12%,111/299);the control group,235 cases of calcified plaque(41.30%,235/569),non calcified plaque in 92 cases(16.17%.92/569),mixed plaque in 242 cases(42.53%,242/569),the two groups showed significantly increase the incidence of non calcified plaque load in MB patients, which was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Two groups of patients with atherosclerotic plaques of CT value, size and degree of stenosis, there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions Myocardial bridge mural coronary arterycan(MB-MCA)increase the probability of coronary atherosclerosis in the anterior segment of the bridge, and the incidence of non calcified plaque is significantly increased compared with the three types of plaque.MB of patches of CT values, size, and not significantly affect the degree of stenosis.
