| Objectives To investigate the expression of(histone deacetylase 6(histone deacetylase 6,HDAC6),α-tubulin(α-tubulin),heat shock protein 90(Heat Shock Protein 90,HSP90)and cortactin(cortactin)in laryngeal carcinoma and vocal cord polyp tissues,and explore their correlation to clinical pathological features of laryngeal carcinoma.Methods The pathological specimens of 55 laryngeal carcinoma patients who received surgical treatment were collected from the department of Otolaryngology in the Affiliated Hospital of North China University of Science and Technology between 2008 and 2016,which were selected to the experimental group.The same period pathological specimens of 41 vocal cord polyp patients who received surgical treatment were collected,which were choosen to the control group.The expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in laryngeal carcinoma and vocal cord polyp were detected by immunohistochemical mehod.Results 1 In the experimental group,the positive expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in the laryngeal carcinoma tissues was 78.2%,65.5%,67.3%,58.2% respectively.In the control group,the positive expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in the laryngeal carcinoma tissues was 34.1%,26.8%,22%,17.1% respectively.The positive expression rate of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in experimental group is higher than that of control group,the difference between the experimental and control group was significant(P<0.01).2 The positive expression rate of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in stage Ⅲand Ⅳ laryngeal carcinoma tissues is higer than that of stage ⅠandⅡ,the difference between the two groups is significant(P<0.05).The positive expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in poorly differentiated laryngeal carcinoma tissues is higher than well differentiated and moderately differentiated,the difference between the theree groups was significant(P<0.05).3 The age,sex of the patient and the location of tumor have no impact on the expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in laryngeal carcinoma tissues.Conclusions 1 HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin were expressed in experimental and control groups,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).2 In addition to α-tubulin and cortactin groups,the expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin was related to each other.3 The expression of HDAC6,α-tubulin,HSP90 and cortactin in laryngeal carcinoma was correlated to the clinical stage and the differentiate degree of tumor.By contrast,no significant difference were observed between the age,sex of the patient and the location of tumor. |
