Objectives Describe the present situation of air pollution in Shijiazhuang city and pollution characteristics of PM2.5,analysis of air pollution on children’s respiratory effects of indicators of various grades, such as outpatient attendances, study on acute effects of air pollution on children, provide effective intervention measures and scientific basis for protection of children’s health. Methods Collection 2013-2015,Shijiazhuang,meteorology,environmental protection, and a children’s hospital clinics information,a descriptive analysis of present situation of air pollution in Shijiazhuang characteristics of PM2.5 and certain children’s Hospital Clinic,by Spearman correlation method to analysis the relationships between atmospheric pollutants and meteorological factors, atmospheric pollutants and outpatient visits, meteorological factors and hospital clinic, analysis of different air pollutants at different concentration levels to below the levels of the children’s Hospital Clinic index of,application of time series analysis method of generalized additive(GAM)model, analysis of effects of air pollutants on children’s respiratory diseases hospital and the lag effect of pollutants, quantitative descriptions, evaluating the impact of air pollution on children’s health. Results 1 Characteristic analysis of air pollution in Shijiazhuang: In the year of 2013-2015,PM10,PM2.5,NO2,SO2 in Shijiazhuang daily average concentrations were 221.18 μg/m3,118.14 μg/m3,55.09 μg/m3,70.28 μg/m3,exceeded national ambient air quality standards(GB3095-2012),where PM2.5 standard multiples up;daily average concentrations of four pollutants has some seasonal, peak distribution at January,December,Minimum value distribution in July to September;on PM2.5 components analysis in the displayed,PM2.5 in the more ring aromatic annual concentration by high to low followed by for: Benzo [g,h,i] perylene>benzo [a] anthracene>pyrene>fluoranthene>benzo [b] fluoranthene>flexor>INDENE and [1,2,3-CD] pyrene>benzo [a] pyrene in 2015;PM2.5 in the 7 species heavy metal of concentration range is 1.00x10-83.05x10-4mg/m3.Average concentration from high to low for the Pb>Mn>As>Cr>Cd>Ni>Hg,refer to the ambient air quality standards(GB3095-2012),As,Benzo [a] pyrene average concentrations exceeded the national standard of limit.2 Effects of air pollution on children’s hospital clinic in Shijiazhuang:Total outpatients and 4 kinds of pollutants(PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2)a negative correlation(P<0.01),respiratory diseases outpatients and PM2.5,SO2,NO2,there was a significant positive correlation,J00-J06 outpatient visits was positively correlated with 4 kinds of air pollutants(P<0.01),by GAM models analysis of NO2 and PM2.5,PM10,each 10μg/m3 increase, respectively increase the risk of death on the day 0.44%(95%CI: 0.18-0.71),0.17%(95%CI: 0.08-0.25),0.1%(95%CI: 0.04-0.15),SO2 concentration increase in outpatient visits to children’s respiratory disease affecting mainly the day and lag 1-3 day, great influence on the particular day. Conclusions 1 During the year of 2013-2015,air pollution in Shijiazhuang is more serious, pollution situation characterized by seasonal change,a seasonal change in winter than in summer;PM2.5 pollution is most serious one than PM10,SO2 and NO2,in the composition of PM2.5,the contamination of Benzo [a] pyreneand As is more serious.2 In Shijiazhuang, the increase of PM2.5,SO2 and NO2 concentration can cause children`s respiratory diseases outpatients and acute respiratory tract infections diseases outpatients increased, increase in PM10 concentrations can increase in acute respiratory infections diseases outpatients,SO2 effects of outpatient visits to children’s respiratory disease may 1-3 day lag.
