| The DICOM-ECG file is implemented according to the characteristics of the video image data storage.In this paper,the advantages and problems of Hadoop HDFS storage of DICOM-ECG files are compared and analyzed.According to the DICOM-ECG image file is not suitable for storage of small Hadoop platform,using Hadoop SequenceFile file format,the design and implementation of a S-DICOM-ECG image file for HDFS serialization format features,through the Key/Value key on the form,all heart movie will be a patient like a check has merged into a serialized file,greatly improved the performance of HDFS processing,reduces the memory consumption of metadata server name.This paper analyzes the business process of the ECG cloud system in detail,and proposes the logical structure and storage structure of the video image data storage according to the requirements of the business.Finally,a set of dynamic link library components for generating DICOM-ECG files is developed.The functions of S-DICOM-ECG conversion,data sharing,data uploading and waveform browsing are realized,and the ECG cloud system is implemented.This thesis has done a lot of research and analysis in DICOM-ECG and Hadoop cloud storage,and preliminarily completed the development of the ECG cloud system.The ECG cloud system can effectively balance the ECG medical resources,improve the grass-roots hospital ECG medical level,reduce the medical expenses of the patients,can solve the problem of ECG medical system inefficient,cumbersome,waste of resources in the actual process. |
