Study On The Core Stakeholders And Its Interests Claims Of Regional Medical Union

Objective: After the stakeholders of Regional Medical Union(RMU)were defined and classified,the interests claims of core stakeholders were probed in order to provide theoreticalbasis for the construction and operation of RMU.Then the effectiveness of RMU were explored through empirical study.Methods: Based on the literature research,the stakeholders of RMU were initially confirmed.And the stakeholders of RMU were defined and classified through Delphi and Mitchell score method.The questionnaires survey were conducted to investigate the interests claims of core stakeholders of RMU.Then the key data of member hospitals of Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College RMU were gathered bysite or written investigation.Set up a database and entered data with double blind method by EpiData3.1.According to the different characteristics and research purpose,the data were analyzed withSPSS19.0.Results: 1.There were 21 stakeholders of RMU,including 7 core stakeholders,9 potential stakeholders and 5 marginal stakeholders.2.According to the importance,the interests claims of core hospital employees included: personal improvement and development,promoting the core hospital development,getting emotional support and respect,working environment,supporting from the government policy,promoting the member hospitals development.The interests claims of different employees were significantly difference(P<0.05).3.The interests claims of member hospital employees included: good working conditions and reasonable salary,personal improvement and development,sense of belonging,democratic management.The interests claims of different employees were significantly difference(P<0.05).4.The interests claims of residents included: medical technical service,efficient treatment service,reasonable costs,getting emotional support and respect,medical assistance service.The interests claims of different residents were significantly difference(P<0.05).5.The interests claims of health administration departments included: social satisfaction,reasonable running mode,lawful practice,management style building,carrying out public health services,carrying out scientific research and teaching activities,sustainable development,the using of funds,and the means of every interests claim have small differences.6.The interests claims of insurance institutions included: cooperation with the insurance institutions,compliancing with rules and regulations of medical insurance,appropriating management organization and policy of health insurance,perfect running mode of RMU.7.The comprehensive benefit of investigated member hospitals of RMU of affiliated hospital of Zunyi medical college,had increased according to empirical research Conclusions: 1.The interests claims of stakeholders of RMU should be classified management.2.Different core stakeholders have different interest claims.So comprehensive analysis and as much as possible to meet their interests claims may be conducive to the healthy development of RMU.3.Organizing RMU may be helpful to increase efficiency of member hospitals of RMU.
