| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study was performed on 72 patients with primary liver cancer who were undergone hepatectomy from February 2016 to October 2016.The patients were randomly divided into the ERAS group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases). The ERAS group patients were treated with ERAS,while the control group patients were treated with traditional perioperative treatment.Compared two groups of patients with postoperative anal exhaust time, defecation time, ambulation time, removal of the abdominal cavity drainage tube time, postoperative hospitalization time and complications.Detected the change of the patients in two groups after 1,3,5 d TBIl,serum transaminase, blood coagulation function. The patients were followed up by telephone twice a week after discharge from hospital for 4 weeks. The normal distribution of the measurement data with(?)±s,the comparison between groups used two independent sample t test, repeated measurement data used repeated measures analysis of variance, count data used chi-square test.If the difference is statistically significant, then the effect of ERAS can be proved. Results: The liver function indexes of two groups were compared. There was no significant difference in transaminase between 1 and 3 days after operation(t=0.435,1.326,P>0.05),or in TBIL after 1 days(t=1.298,P>0.05).There was significant difference in transaminase 5 days after surgery(t=2.251,P<0.05).The difference of TBIL between 3 and 5 days after operation was statistically significant(t=5.105,7.145,P<0.05).The postoperative rehabilitation and health economics indexes: time to ready for discharge, the anal exsufflation recovery time, postoperative hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses,in the ERAS group were significantly better than those of the control group(t=7.879,2.581,6.632,2.047,P<0.05).Conclusion: Enhanced recovery after surgery can accelerate postoperative recovery of patients with liver tumor resection.ERAS can speed up the rehabilitation process of patients safely and effectively. |
