Objective:To provide a new imaging method for the clinical early diagnosis of drug therapy for cystic echinococcosis,according to the morphological and metabolic peak difference analysis metabolites before and after drug 1H-MRS liver cystic echinococcosis in the treatment.Objects and methods:From April 2015 to December 2016 through the laboratory examination and imaging examination method in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University and clinical diagnosis of 23 cases of patients with hepatic cystic echinococcosis,respectively before drug treatment and drug treatment for half a year after 3.0T MRI sequence and conventional abdominal magnetic resonance spectroscopy scanning,liver lesions in this group are also solitary.There are multiple lesions,each measuring a voxel,including multiple lesions to choose the maximum lesion,two times before and after scanning the region of interest to select the same position,observation and comparative analysis of the spectrum characteristics and spectrum difference,and measure the internal organization lipid methylene(Lip2)and choline(Cho)Cho/Lip2 peak height,peak height ratio,Cho peak area,Lip2 peak area,and compares and analyzes the results.Results: 23 cases of liver hydatid lesions,drug treatment MRS showed that 18 voxels detected slightly higher Cho peak detection rate reached 78.3%(18/23),which has 3test area detected by inverted Cho peak,all voxels were detected in Lip2 peak detection rate 100%(23/23);after treatment,MRS showed that 20 voxels detected slightly higher Cho peak detection rate reached 86.9%(20/23),which has 1 test area detected by inverted Cho peak,all voxels were detected in Lip2 peak,the detection rate of 100%(23/23);23 patients before drug treatment of liver hydatid lesions in 19 cases were lower than those of the Cho peak after treatment;23 cases of drug treatment before liver hydatid lesions in 15 cases were higher than the Lip2 peak after treatment;23 cases of drug treatment before liver hydatid lesions in the Cho peak area there were 14 lower than the drug after treatment;23 cases of drug treatment before liver hydatid lesions in Lip2 peak area 14 cases lower than after drug treatment;no statistical significance between the two groups in the sample area of Lip2 of the peak height and peak difference(t=-0.882,0.346,P > 0.05);the ratio between the two groups in the sample of Cho peak height and peak the area under the peak height and Cho/Lip2,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.641,2.442,3.157,P < 0.05).Conclusion:Liverhydatid drug treatment with drugs before half a year after MRI examination showed no significant difference;however,by proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy examination revealed certain specificity,1H-MRS can be early invasive through the change of Cho peak and Cho/Lip2 peak height ratio was found for the efficacy of the drug a new way to determine the effect of drug treatment of cystic hydatid disease,also provide help for further clinical treatment. |
