Objective: In this study,we detected the heart rate deceleration capacity between Tibetan and Han nationality in patients with coronary heart disease(including stable angina pectoris,acute coronary syndrome)and normal control group in Qinghai area,whether there was any statistical difference in heart rate deceleration capacity between Tibetan and Han nationality in Qinghai area,whether there was any statistical difference in heart rate deceleration capacity between Tibetan and Han nationality in patients with coronary heart disease and healthy controls,to assess the vagus nerve tension,so as to determine the Tibetan and Han nationality high-risk sudden death of the crowd,to intervene in time.Methods: According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,Methods: 30 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP)were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to 2016 in October,and each of the 30 patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)was treated with either of them,and selected 30 cases of Tibetan and Han nationality healthy people in our hospital as control group.All patients were monitored for 24 hours ECG monitoring,measured heart rate deceleration capacity value,and the use of SPSS19.0 for statistical analysis.Results: 1.The DC values of the Tibetan control group,the Tibetan SAP group and the Tibetan ACS group were respectively higher than the Han nationality control group,the Han nationality SAP group and the Han nationality ACS group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.The DC value of Tibetan SAP group was lower than that of Tibetan control group and Tibetan ACS group DC value was lower than that of Tibetan control group and Tibetan ACS group DC value was lower than that of SAP group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The DC value of Han nationality SAP group was lower than that of Han nationality control group and the DC value of Han nationality ACS group was lower than that of Han nationality control group and the DC value of Han nationality ACS group waslower than that of Han nationality SAP group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The DC value of Tibetan is higher than that of Han nationality,which indicates that the vagus nerve tension is relatively high,and the possibility of sudden cardiac death(SCD)is relatively low.2.The value of DC in Tibetan and Han nationality patients with coronary heart disease was lower than that in the control group,which suggested that the vagus nerve tension of the patients with coronary heart disease was decreased,the protective effect of the heart was decreased,and the risk of sudden cardiac death was increased.3.The DC value of Tibetan and Han nationality patients with ACS was lower than that of SAP patients,suggesting that with the increase of severity of coronary heart disease,the vagus nerve tension decreased and the risk of sudden cardiac death increased. |
