Objective 1 Analysis of breast magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination and mammography imaging diagnostic value of breast architectural distortion lesions;2 Discusses two methods of checking the clinical diagnostic value.Materials and Methods The breast BI_RADS classification standard according to the fourth edition found breast architectural distortion lesions in the X-ray photography.A total of 49 patients with breast architectural distortion lesions are women.If the imaging findings of lesions combined irregular mass,malignant calcification and other typical signs of malignant and breast architectural distortion lesions are excluded.Without any treatment such as surgery or biopsy in patients with breast MRI examination.Retrospective analysis of 49 patients with complete pathologic diagnosis and compared the two methods imaging sign.Results 1 In 49 patients with breast architectural distortion lesions,There are 15 cases of pathological diagnosis for benign and malignant pathological results for 34 cases;2 The breast X-ray photography has discovery value for breast architectural distortion.The edge shape of breast benign and malignant lesions was statistically significant.The most frequent findings among the benign architectural distortion lesions were vague(66.7%),whereas astral form(50.0%)was the most frequent finding in malignant lesions,but the quadrant position and lesion size of breast architectural distortion were no statistical significance between the benign and malignant lesions in X-ray mammography;3 The strengthen distribution form and internal enhancement characteristics of benign and malignant lesions as statistically significant(P<0.05).The most frequent findings among the benign architectural distortion lesions were homogeneous enhancement(53.3%)and regional distribution(46.7%),whereas clustered ring enhancement(44.1%)and segmental distribution(35.3%)was the most frequent finding in malignant lesions.4 The most frequent edge shape among the benign lesions were smooth or irregular,whereas irregular or burr sign was the most frequent finding in malignant lesions.the edge shape of architectural distortion lesions were significant difference between the benign and malignant lesions(P<0.05).its diagnostic sensitivity of 97.1%,specificity of 40%,accuracy is 79.6%;4 the TIC curve among the benign lesions is given priority to I or II curve,malignant lesions is given priority to III curve.the TIC curve of architectural distortion lesions were significant difference between the benign and malignant lesions(P<0.05).its diagnostic sensitivity of 97.1%,specificity of 53.3%,accuracy is 83.7%.5 DWI image scan can take b=1000 s/mm2,The ADC values of benign and malignant architectural distortion lesions difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADC values= 1.22×10-3 mm2/s was adopted as the point to separate benign form malignant lesions,its diagnostic sensitivity is 70.6%.Conclusion The breast X-ray photography has discovery value for breast architectural distortion.The edge features have larger significance in diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions.But the quadrant position and lesion size of breast architectural distortion do not have a specific value between the benign and malignant lesions.DCE-MRI and DWI imaging had important value in clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast architectural distortion lesions,the ADC values has more diagnostic value.
