Part?Comparative Analysis of CT Findings and Pathologic Changes of Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Neoplasm Objective : Analysis of the relationship between CT findings and pathology of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors. Methods: Imaging and clinical data of 27 cases of gastric neuroendocrine tumor confirmed by pathology were involved in the study retrospectively. The imaging features, clinical information and pathology were analyzed to find the relationship between them.According to the criteria for the classification of neuroendocrine tumors, the two groups were divided into neuroendocrine tumor, which were divided into G1 and G2,and neuroendocrine carcinoma. Results: Gender, age, size, margin, growth pattern, necrotic or cystic change, omental implantation of tumor had no correlation with pathological type(P>0.05),while the lymph metastasis, through wall growth, adjacent tissue invasion and distant metastasis were statistically significance between neuroendocrine tumor and neuroendocrine carcinoma(P<0.05).The result showed that the degree and mode of two groups had no statistically significance.Comparative results between two groups showed that the absolute strengthening degree of lesion and difference value between lesion and hepatic venous phase was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: CT scan has great value in the pathologic grading of neuroendocrine tumors.Distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis, through wall growth, adjacent tissue invasion of lesion and CT values of enhancement were observed by dynamic CT to evaluate neuroendocrine tumor differentiation and assess the relationship between the lesion and surroundings. The results show that A and ?A have higher specialty, sensitivity and better test performance. Therefore,CT enhangcement scan can provide information to formulate a surgical plan for clinicals.Part?Comparative Analysis of CT Findings and Pathologic Changes of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm Objective:Analysis of the correlation between CT features and pathological grading of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Methods: Imaging and clinical data of 41 cases of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor confirmed by pathology were involved in the research retrospectively. The imaging features, clinical information and pathology were analyzed to find the relationship between them.According to the criteria for the classification of neuroendocrine tumors, the lesions were divided into three groups: G1,G2 and G3.Observations were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Chi-square test,rank-sum test or T-test was applied to the analysis according to the characteristics of different data.P < 0.05 was used as the standard statistically significant. Results: Gender, age, location, size, morphology, growth pattern, calcification, necrotic or cystic change, endocrinal function of tumor had no correlation with pathological type(P>0.05).The result showed that the degree and mode of three groups had no statistically significance.Comparative results between three groups showed that the absolute strengthening degree of lesion and difference value between lesion and hepatic venous phase was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: The performance of contrast enhancement of tumor and CT values of enhancement between three groups were observed by dynamic CT to evaluate pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor differentiation and assess the relationship. The results show that A and ?A have higher specialty, sensitivity and better test performance. Therefore,CT enhangcement scan was beneficial to the stage and diagnosis of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
