Study On The Pratical Evaluation System Of Cricical Care Medical Specialist Nurses In Chongqing

Objective:On the basis of understanding the current situation of domestic and foreign training intensive specialist nurses,to establish the critical care nurse training mode evaluation system of Chongqing,including the evaluation of the training content,training and other aspects of the effect,and ultimately form a comprehensive evaluationcovering critical care nurse’slevel of expertise,clinical service ability,the ability of teaching and scientific research ability,and so on,to provide an objective standard for critical care nurse training,effective management to human resources,promotethe effective management of human resources.Methods: Using quantitative and qualitative research method of combining to build Chongqing intensive medical specialist nurse practice training model.1.Understand the present situation of intensive medical specialist nurses training by literature review;2.By quantitative research(questionnaire)and qualitative research(semi-structured interviews)to deeply understand the current situation of intensive medical specialist nurses training in Chongqing;3.The index entries are determined by two Delphi expert inquiry methods,and calculate the weight of each index;Results: A total of 509 intensive care nurses were investigated,and a total of 435 valid questionnaires were collected,the effective recovery rate was about 85.46%.Women account for 95.64%,(aged 23~48 years old),the seniority in 2~5 years of Intensive medical about 75.63%,college degree or above accounted for 99.31%.The clinical practice training was 2 months,97.74% trainees clear the clinical practice training purpose,and 96.55% clear clinical practice content,the satisfaction rate of clinical practice effect was 93.57%.(2)The effective response rate of two round’s questionnaires were both 100%,and the experts’ authority coefficients were both 0.928,which determination was 0.937,familiar coefficient was0.920;The Kendall’s coordination coefficient of three level indexes were 0.283、 0.204 and 0.283 respectively,P < 0.001;The clinical practice pattern of critical care nurse’s training in Chongqing included 6 first level indexes,28 secondary indexes and 50 tertiary indicators.Conclusion:Theintensive medical specialist nurse practice training model of Chongqing has better maneuverability,the weight is set in line with the training needs of nurses.Practical training model will guide role of the various units.
