| Objective:Under the background of the global economy booming,with the gradual improvement of the level of medical treatment,the incidence of tumor and the detection rate have be improved year by year,at the same time,the tumor is still a major threat to human health in today’s society.International scholars in recent years for the pathogenesis of primary liver cancer and its treatment effect has obtained many important research results,but the survival rate is still low,the prognosis is still poor phenomenon has been unable to get new progress,so looking for new drugs and treatment is of great significance.Chemotherapy drugs in the present research in the treatment of tumor has achieved great development,but also offers a new way for the treatment of primary liver cancer.Many literatures have reported that ruthenium complexes can inhibit the growth of tumor cells,observe the ruthenium with drugs on liver cancer cell growth inhibition,so as to provide a basis for new treatment in clinical work.Methods:Laboratory cultured hepatoma BEL-7402 cells,the cultured cells were randomly divided into A,B groups,A group as a control group,B group with Ru-HMIP,ruthenium with drug use determined by MTT method determination of inhibition rate of cell proliferation,cell apoptosis rate was determined by flow cytometryResults:1.MTT test results Tip: Compared with the control group,ruthenium with drug Ru-HMIP has inhibitory effect on liver cancer cell growth,inhibition rate is greater than the control group.2.Flow cytometry showed that:ruthenium with drug Ru-HMIP action of liver cancer cell,liver cell apoptosis increased obviously.Conclusion:In the process of Hepatocellular Carcinoma BEL-7402 cell growth,has inhibitory effect on the ruthenium with drugs. |
