Spatial cognitive ability is an important part of intelligence and an important indicator in the selection of psychology in the field of aerospace.Mental rotation is a kind of spatial representation transformation ability that imaging yourself or the object to rotate,that is one of the important ruler to measure spatial intelligence.Motor imagery task training is the common method for upgrating mental rotation ability.Transcranial alternating current stimulation is a new non-invasive technology.It has been confirmed that tACS can regulate the spontaneous brain electrical rhythm and influence the cognitive process and function of movement,perception,memory and learning.Now tACS gradually become an important neuroscience methods.Studies have shown that the particular rhythm of tACS can cause the changes of motor cortex excitability to enhance athletic performance.Mental rotation activities relating to sports-related brain region ascension.Therefore,the tACS may enhance mental rotation ability.This paper uses classic mental rotation to explore effect of tACS on mental rotation ability,the evaluation indicators are behavioral manifestation and ERP electrophysiological parameters.1、Complete the effects of different stimulation frequencies tACS on mental rotation experiment and effect of Alpha rhythm tACS on mental rotation experiment,and get behavioral and EEG data.2、Effects of different rhythm tACS on mental rotation ability:Measure reaction time of subjects under the condition during alpha,beta,Theta rhythm and Sham tACS stimulation.The study found that alpha and beta rhythm tACS stimulation can significantly reduce the response time and enhance mental rotation ability of subjects.3、Study the effect of ACS on mental rotation ability based on physiological indices of ERP: study the difference between rotation-related negativity of the control group and tACS of Alpha rhythm group found that RRN of tACS of Alpha rhythm group is smaller than the control group.It also certificates the linear relationship between reaction time and rotation angles.This study shows that alpha and beta rhythm tACS can improve mental rotationability.tACS can be taken as a non-invasive way of spatial cognitive ability playing an importantrole in the treatment of diseases related and clinical study.
