Objective: By testing the Eubacterium rectale,Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium in intestinal and quantity difference of blood pressure and pulse pressure of elderly patients before and after treatment,Verify the quantity adjustment function of Plantago polysaccharide to Eubacterium rectale,Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium in intestinal.Preliminary discuss the way Plantago polysaccharide intervening Elderly patients with essential hypertension.Methods: 60 patients attending this study from Gerontology department of affiliated hospital of Gansu university of traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2016,meet inclusion criteria of Elderly patients with essential hypertension.All those 60 cases divide randomly into experimental group and control group according to the visiting order,each group of 30 cases.Control group in Western medicine conventional treatment,on the basis of Control group,experimental group give Plantago polysaccharide.The two groups were treated for 14 days.Collecting recent wet stool 2g of each case when he/she comes and lefts the hospital,then use Hipure Bacterial DNA kit to extract total DNA after repeatedly centrifugaling,washing and removing inclusion.The DNA will be kept at the degree 80 below zero.According to a 16 S rRNA gene sequence of target bacterigene design specific primer,then start real time Fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification reaction while put it into the stool DNA to separate target bacteria flora.According to Ct values detected by real time Fluorescence quantitative PCR amplification reaction use the relative quantitative method of 2-△△Ctto calculate the number of genes copies of target bacteria in the stool sample.Put the number of genes copies into SPSS21.0 statistical software to analysis their nature.To measurement data if obey normal distribution express by mean±standard deviation(x ± S),otherwise by median and four digit spacing [M(P25,P75)].The former applies Independent sample test,the latter applies Mann-Whitney u-test to compare the difference between the two groups,and P﹤0.05 Shows significant differences.Results:1.To compare the number of cobacillus,bifidobacterium and rectal mycobacterium,before and after treatment,The experimental group increased the number of bacillus bacillus and bifidobacterium bacillus after 14 days,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).However,the rectal mycobacterium was declining before treatment,but no statistical significance(P﹤0.05).In the control group,the number of bacillus bacillus and bifilobacter were increased after 14 days of treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).However,the rectal mycobacterium was decreased before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P ﹤ 0.05).The two groups of patients were compared with a number of bacteroides,bifidobacterium and rectal mycobacter,The experimental group showed a statistically significant difference in the number of bacillus cobacter and bifidobacteria in the experimental group(P ﹤ 0.05).And the rectal mycobacterium declined to be statistically significant(P﹤0.05).2.Analyzing PCR amplification reaction Eubacterium rectale,Bacteroides,Bifidobacterium and blood pressure declining pulse pressure values of two groups before and after treatment,it shows the number of Eubacterium rectale,Bacteroides in the two groups increased,but notable in experimental group(P﹤0.05);And Bifidobacterium in both two groups come down,but no significant difference(P﹥0.05).3.After treatment,the total efficiency of the experimental group was 93.33%,significantly higher than 90.00% of the control group,and the difference between the group was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:1.Plantago polysaccharide capsule can improve intestinal microecology environment of senile hypertension Patients;2.Plantago polysaccharide capsule can bring the blood pressure of senile hypertension Patients down and improve the intestinal micro ecological environment can be one of the mechanisms;3.Synergistic effect can be see between plantago polysaccharide capsule and routine antihypertensive drugs in treating senile hypertension.
