Research On Optimization Accounting Information System In County Level Public Hospital

With the progress of social civilization and the arrival of the information age in China,the development of accounting informatization in medical institutions has become a hot topic in society.With the rapid development of medical career today,as the county public hospital medical institutions to achieve their own competitive strength increased,it is necessary to promote the development of hospital's accounting information system,accounting information system to play its due role,therefore is to improve the objective needs of public hospital accounting information construction at the county level establish accounting information system complete,is also an important measure to promote the modernization of hospital management.Because of our hospital accounting research and construction of information later than the developed countries,especially the construction of accounting information of public hospitals in the county is still in the first stage of the internal management goal of "patient-centered",the axis of the route for the construction of accounting information in financial accounting,the financial accounting system as a simple accounting information system,pattern the accounting information did not form a strategic management system.How to perfect the accounting information system of county-level public hospitals and improve the level of accounting informatization in county public hospitals is a long and arduous task ahead.This paper takes A County People's Hospital,for example,to the current status of hospital accounting information system construction as the starting point,the actual situation of the accounting information system theory and the combination of A County People's Hospital,through questionnaires and interviews to survey data processing and statistical analysis,the A County People's Hospital,problems and causes of the accounting information in the system,formulate specific feasible strategies to solve the problem,from the strategic layer,operation layer,technology layer and normative aspects from large to small,put forward the optimization countermeasures,the strategic aspects of establishing accounting information system strategic management system,operation level to construct the business process system,technical specification,standard unified data source normative aspects ofimplementation of accounting information system based on management,rational planning of accounting information system resources into two aspects of optimization,The accounting information system of "hardware" and "software" construction combination,provide specific direction and theoretical guidance for the optimization of A County People's Hospital of accounting information system,to further improve the hospital accounting information system,strengthen the work atmosphere,so as to achieve the modernization of hospital management,the final realization of the A County People's hospital social benefits maximization management goal.
