The Instance Analysis Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined With Renal Damage And Literature Review

Objective: With the development of the society,People’s living standards improved,the prevalence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus improved in recent years,influenced by diet and environmental factors change.Diabetic Nephropathy as one of the most common microvascular complications of diabetes,has become the second reason leading to End Stage Renal Disease in China,however the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy is mostly clinical.With the development of the renal biopsy technique guided by ultrasound,the cases of Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-diabetic renal disease are not rare,this has aroused wide attention of scholars both at home and abroad.In this article,we analyzed the clinical and pathological features who had Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-diabetic renal disease,emphasised the importance of renal biopsy for disease diagnosis,treatment and evaluating prognosis.Method: Select the patient’s clinical datas who had Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-diabetic renal disease,the patient was hospitalized in nephrology department of the third Hebei medical university hospital on August 31,2016,at the same time we search the literature at home and abroad,then summarize the incidence,clinical and pathological characteristics,treatment of the patient who had Type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-diabetic renal disease,so it can offer help to them.RESULTS:This patient who had Type 2 diabetes mellitus companied renal disease,was diagosised membranous nephropathy after the Renal biopsy.Conclusion: The prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with non-diabetic renal disease is high,clinicians should pay attention to these patients who had type 2 diabetes mellitus when combined with renal disease,judge the possibility of a non-diabetic nephropathy,and take renal biopsy if necessary,so it can make sure the diagnosis in order to offer assistance for the treatment.
