| Objective: The anxiety and depression of patients with chronic liver disease in Qinghai area were investigated with the hospital anxiety and depression scale.To enhance the clinician’s awareness of anxiety and depression,improve the attention of clinicians on the mental state of patients with chronic liver disease,and then improve the quality of service and improve the efficacy of the disease.Methods: 135 patients with chronic liver disease who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from November 2015 to November 2016 were selected.The application of the hospital anxiety and depression scale were investigated,grouped according to gender,age,nationality,marital status,educational level,urban and rural areas,times of hospitalization,liver disease etiology and severity of different.The rank count data were analyzed by rank sum test,and the data were analyzed by chi square test to evaluate the occurrence of anxiety and depression in patients with chronic liver disease.Results: 1.Among the 135 patients with chronic liver disease,the number of patients with anxiety was 37,the prevalence of depression was about 77,the prevalence rate of anxiety was about 27.4%,and the prevalence rate of depression was about 57%.2.Whether the occurrence of anxiety and disease severity,there are differences between the cultural level,the severity of the disease,the times of hospitalization(P<0.05),there were no significant differences between gender,marital status,liver disease etiology,urban and rural areas,age,nationality(P>0.05).3.Whether the occurrence of depression and disease severity in gender,educational level,disease severity,age,there were significant differences between the number of hospitalization(P<0.05),there were no differences between the marital status,liver disease etiology,urban and rural areas,ethnic groups(P>0.05);Whether depression prevalence and prevalence in gender,severity,age,nationality,there are differences between the number of hospitalization(P<0.05),there were no differences between the cultural level,liver disease etiology,marital status,urban and rural areas(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Patients with chronic liver disease are prone to emotional disorders,the prevalence rate of depression is higher than anxiety,and patients are more prone to mild anxiety,depression.2.Among the 135 patients with chronic liver disease,the lower the education level,the more serious the disease,the more the number of hospitalization,the higher the prevalence of anxiety 3.In 135 cases of patients with chronic liver disease were collected in female patients with depression prevalence rate is higher than the male;the more serious illness,hospitalization more prevalence of depression is high;the prevalence of depression in elderly patients than in young patients,high prevalence of depression;Hui nationality is Han,Tibetan high.4.Marital status,urban and rural areas,the etiology of liver disease has little effect on the psychological characteristics of patients with chronic liver disease.5.In clinical work,culture level is low,the more serious illness,hospitalization more than 2 times,the elderly,women,Hui patients more complicated with chronic liver disease based on emotional disorder. |
