The Analysis Of Serum Leptin And APN Levels In Tibetan Healthy And The Patients Of Tibetan Hypertension Grade Two At Different Altitude | | Posted on:2018-08-07 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J T Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2334330536964127 | Subject:Internal medicine (cardiovascular disease) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | ObjectiveThe aim of the study was to discuss the different levels of serum leptin and APN of the Tibetan people and the patients with hypertension grade two in different altitudes.At the same time to explore the difference of serum leptin and APN levels with the altitude hypoxia between the Tibetan healthy people and Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two.Aimed at to analyse if there is a correlation between the ventricular configuration and the levels between leptin and APN of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two.MethodsWe respectively selected the research a total of 200 cases of Tibetan and Tibetan hypertension grade two patients who lived in the altitude high altitude and middle altitude.We have already in strict accordance with the exclusion criteria selection into the set of objects.ELISA was used the to detect and compare the serum Leptin and APN levels.Cardiac color ultrasound used the to detect LVMI.Corresponding statistical method is applied to analyzed the experimental data.ResultsThe serum leptin levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two are more than and serum APN levels are less than the the Tibetan healthy in the same altitudes.The serum leptin levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two and healthy in the high-elevation area are more than the people living in the moderate altitude area.The serum APN levels are less than the people in moderate altitudes.By comparing we know that the LVMI serum leptin levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two are more than the people in moderate altitudes.Correlation analysis showed that LVMI was positively correlated with serum Leptin levels and negatively correlated with serum APN levels(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe serum leptin levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two and healthy in the high-elevation area are more than the people living in the moderate altitude area.The serum APN levels are less than the people in moderate altitudes.The serum leptin levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two are more than and serum APN levels are less than the the Tibetan healthy in the same altitudes.There are different effects on LVMI with the changes of serum leptin and APN levels of the Tibetan patients with hypertension grade two LVMI was positively correlated with serum Leptin levels,and negatively correlated with serum APN levels. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | The plateau low oxygen, Hypertension Grade Ⅱ, Leptin, Adiponectin, Left ventricular mass index(LVMI) | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
