Objectives To compare the differences of serum AMH,IL-6、IL-8、IL-18、TNF-αin patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and analysis their posiible correlations between.Compareserum AMH,IL-6、IL-8、IL-18、TNF-αin patients with different BMI or IR and find whether there is differences between them.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,62 patients with PCOS from Reproductive Center of Affliated Hospital of Ning Xia Medical University,and 31 infertility control group with normal menstruation,were divided in obese group(BMI≥25kg/m2)and non obese group(BMI< 25kg/m2),insulin resistance group(ISI<0.021)and non insulin resistance group(ISI≥0.021).Determination of serum fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),the level of sex hormone,enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELSA)method for the detection of serum IL-6、IL-8、IL-18、TNF-α.The difference in the quantitative data between the groups was compared using ttest,the differeence had statistical significant meanings if P<0.05.Partial correlation analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were used to analysis correlations between the factors.Results: 1.AMH,I,HOMA-IR,ISI,LH level in PCOS significantly higher than control group(P<0.01);.2.HOMA-IR,ISI,LH level in PCOS significantly higher than control group(P<0.01);3.After patients were divided whether they have obesity,we found the level of AMH、IR、ISI of PCOS patients with obesity is significantly higher than non-obese PCOS patients(P<0.01);4.After patients were divided whether they have insulin resistance,we found that the level of AMH、BMI、HOMA-IR of PCOS patients with insulin resistance is significantly higher than PCOS patients without IR;5.There was significantly positive correlation between AMH and BMI、HOMA-IR、ISI and TNF-α(P<0.01 及 P<0.05);6.There was a strong significantly positive correlation between IL-6 and TNF-αin PCOS patients without obesity,there was a strong significantly positive correlation between IL-6 and ISI in control group(P<0.05);7.There was a strong significantly positive correlation between IL-6 and IL-18 in PCOS patients with IR,(P<0.01)There was a correlation between IL-6 and IL-18 in control group(P<0.05);Conclusion 1.The level of AMH in PCOS group is much higher in control group,which is a serologiical diagnosis of PCOS;2.The level of,HOMA-IR,ISI in PCOS group is much higher than control group,which explains obesity may cause PCOS;3.The incidencerate of IR in PCOS patients is correlated with the rise of AMH,which explains AMH may promote IR’s happening;4.TNF-α and other leukocyte factors paly important roles in PCOS’s happening and they have positive accommodation in AMH;...
