| Objective To analysis the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis 、 hepatitis B cirrhosis 、 chronic liver failure patients. In attempt to explore the relationship between the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and the course of different clinical type of chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods Flow Cytometry was used to detect the percentages of peripheral blood CD3+T、CD4+T、CD8+T lymphocyte and CD4+T/CD8+T lymphocyte percentage ratio in 36 cases chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis、55 cases hepatitis B cirrhosis、20 cases chronic liver failure patients.Results(1)Comparison among the three groups:the percentages of peripheral blood CD3+T 、 CD8+T lymphocyte have statistically significant difference(P<0.05).And the difference among the three groups has a regulation, the percentages of peripheral blood CD3+T 、 CD8+T lymphocyte have a gradually declined with the disease aggravating.mean:chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis group>hepatitis B cirrhosis group>chronic liver failure group.(2)Comparison among the three groups:the percentages of peripheral blood CD4+T and CD4+T/CD8+T lymphocyte percentage ratio have no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Comparison among every two groups:the percentages of peripheral blood CD3+T、CD8+T lymphocyte have no statistically significant difference between chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis group and hepatitis B cirrhosis group(P>0.05).And there have statistically significant difference between chronic hepatitis B viral hepatitis group and chronic liver failure group、hepatitis B cirrhosis group and chronic liver failure group(P<0.05).Conclusion As the aggravating of chronic hepatitis B patients, the percentages of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets are gradually decline, and the decline are more obvious in chronic liver failure patients. The severity and prognosis of the disease can be speculated by detecting the changes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets. |
