The Application Of Continuous Blood Purification On Acute Biliary Pancreatitis

Objective:This paper will state the type and diagnosis of acute biliary pancreatitis,the action machanism of continuous blood purification and the theory of which to treat severe acute pancreatitis,to analyse the application of continuous blood purification on the treatment of severe acute biliary pancreatitis。Background: Acute biliary pancreatitis has high morbidity and mortality.The early diagnosis and effective treatment of acute biliary pancreatitis has become a key point in the field of critical illness nowadays.The interventional gastroscope therapy could effectively relieve the obstruction of biliary tract and get rid of the cause of disease,which is the most safe and effective treatment of the patient of acute biliary pancreatitis。There exists some patients of acute biliary pancreatitis,who has the obvious obstruction sign but could not accept the interventional gastroscope therapy,who does not have the obstruction sign but has the obvious severe sign。Expectant treatment could not improve the patient`s condition,which makes the treatment difficult。As the latest achievement in the field of blood purificaion in the last 30 years,continuous blood purification is widely applied to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis。Continuous blood purification could obviously reduce the mortality of severe acute pancreatitis,wchich has become an effective first-aid measures。Methods: Analysing and summarizing the research development of the action machanism and curative effects of the application of continuous blood purification on the treatment of severe acute biliary pancreatitis by seeking relevant documents。Results:For the patients of the severe obstructive acute biliary pancreatitis with contraindication of the interventional gastroscope therapy,the continuous blood purification could help get rid of the excessive mediators of inflammation in plasma and lighten the hurt to tissues and organs。We should perform the interventional gastroscope therapy in time to relieve the obstruction of biliary tract and get rid of the cause of disease when the patients` vital sign is steady and the edema in the caput pancreatis and duodenum is alleviative。For the patients of severe non-obstructive acute biliary pancreatitis,we should peform the continuous blood purification in time to improve the prognosis evidently。Conclusion:For the patients of severe acute biliary pancreatitis,the continuous blood purification could be an effective treatment plan except for the traditional operation and the interventional gastroscope therapy。...
