ObjectiveTo master the occurrence and development of infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation,and guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease by making a detailed statistical analysis of the clinical data of hemangioma and vascular malformation in a large sample of cases combined with the relevant literature.Research object and methodobject: the 2563 cases of infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation visited in the hemangioma specialist clinic of the children hospital of chong qing Medical University in mid September 2014-September2016.Methods:Designing the statistical table of infant hemangioma and vascular malformation,Collecting the relevant information of the Patients diagnosed infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation.the gender,related complications,premature birth,home address,age of onset and first visit age of the patients,and the classification,size,location and growth of infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation were collected based on the designed statistical table.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to analyze the percentage of the data and the relationship between them.Results2150 cases of infantile hemangioma,2450 lesions.1436 cases of infantile hemangioma are female and 714 cases are male,male and female incidence ratio was 1:2;vascular malformations appeared in 220 female children and 193 male cases,the ratio of 1.12:1;1206 lesions appeared at birth,accounting for 41.9%,there were 1944 lesions appeared in one month after birth,accounting for 79.35%,71 lesions appeared in three months after birth,accounted for 2.9%;1853 lesions of infantile hemangioma visit within half a year,accounting for 75.7%,1 years for the first time were 103 lesions,accounting for 4.2%;first visit age of vascular malformations have no significant characteristics with visit in All ages.1740 lesions are the superficial hemangioma in all of infantile hemangioma,accounting for 70.8%;209 lesions are the venous vascular malformation in all of vascular malformation,accounting for 49.9%;the infant hemangioma lesion on the head or neck and torso were 1072 lesions and 760 lesions,accounting for 43.8% and 31%;vascular malformations in head and neck are 201 lesions,accounting for 48.7%;infantile hemangioma lesions mainly are small and medium size at the first treatment,2308 lesions,accounting for 94%,large and huge type in 142 accounted for 6%;284 lesions vascular malformation are mall type,accounting for 68.5 %,130 cases are large and huge type in,accounting for 31.5%;1958 lesions of infantile hemangioma for the first visit are the growth phase,accounting for 79.92%,390 lesions are stable period,accounting for 15.92%,102 lesions are Extinction phase,accounting for 4.19%;234 cases of infantile hemangioma are multiple,accounting for 11%,with vascular malformation only in 3 cases;109 cases of infant hemangioma are premature,accounting for 5%,only 11 cases of premature infants in all of vascular malformati.ConclusionThere is significant difference in the incidence of infantile hemangioma,the occurrence and growth of all had obvious characteristics,spontaneous regression.The age of treatment also has the corresponding characteristics,the treatment can be selected according to the specific situation.Vascular malformation occurs after the birth,growth slowlly,some children visit lately,resulting in larger lesions,increasing the difficulty of treatment.Therefore,It is suggested to intervene early in treatment.
